There are SO many but this is the latest. I have put in 6 work orders to have the drain in my tub cleared. I was told on Friday after asking, and having them come out 4 consecutive times, to unclog the tub drain, that they would call a contractor as the regular maintenance crew is not getting the job done. Today, I have waited for hours with no attempt to contact me to tell me there would be no contractor coming out, I was informed they have "evidence that the tub is draining properly". What evidence? The video they take in the first 5 seconds before the water starts backing up? I take short showers ~ 10 minutes. The entire bottom of the tub is full of at least a half inch of water. I can't even clean the tub because the tub doesn't drain, so the bottom stays covered with soap which has become very slippery now. The tub used to drain instantly...for the 11 months I have lived there. Now Monica Maldonando has decided that the back up is the normal state. You can't ever get her to accept that she's in the wrong so she takes to gaslighting you to tell you what you're experiencing is not actually what is happening. I have been a property manager and I can tell you she is one of the worst I have ever encountered. I don't know what tf she does all day other than sit around and think about how to piss off her residents. Don't even get me started on the LONG list of stupid crap she's pulled. And what's sad is there are residents that have lived there for a very long time and do you think she cares?
