I called this tow truck company while my vehicle was stuck in a ditchThey dispatched a tow truck driver and when he got here he swore and yelled at us calling us rsTelling us there's no way he could get us outI don't think it was necessary to swear when we were already panicked enoughHe left us there stranded didn't even attempt to help us in anyway possibleI just don't think it was right the way the truck driver treated usHe didn't help us at all and they billed me anywaysI really don't want to start a problem here but my main issue was just the way the tow truck driver treated usWe were not intoxicated nor were we in anyway rude to himWe just asked him if he could help us and he immediately yelled and was swearing
