All was great for me They help me out and was very nice

I purchased a used Outback from these folks in NovemberThe first week we noticed a burning oil smell once the car had been running a whileWe let if go until the month(?) warranty that came with the purchase was about to expireWe called the dealership and were informed that the warranty only covered "safety items" and a burning oil smell did not qualifySo, we put up with the smell until we took the car in to another dealership for a recallThey informed us that the smell we had been experiencing was oil from a cracked head gasketI contacted management at Bertera and they stated that they would not do anything as there is no way a cracked head gasket would have gone on that long without catastrophe (the other Subaru dealership and an independent Auto Shop disputed this claim)Buyer beware!

I had a bad experience with Bertera Subaru WSpringfield service department and when I emailed the GM with my concerns, I waited almost weeks for a replyWhen I didnt receive one, I emailed again, and this was his reply
Ms if you read your email you will see that you never asked to be contacted just thanking me for the time I took to read about your unhappy experience in my dealership and how everybody in the waiting room was unhappy and would not be back along with you and your husband and now almost three weeks later you reach out again and tell me how "your not surprised"I didn't reply back?I want to apologize to you for the waiting period you had to endure while your car was in service and due to the loss of confidence you may feel my dealership can provide , you stated you would be taking your business elsewhere which though unfortunate might be the best solution for us both of us ,wish you the best and take care,sincerely Shawn ***
Mr *** was very condescending, rude and dismissive in his reply There was no sense of apology for the treatment received in his dealership, only for my "wait time" Manager 101~ make the customer *** ! If a customer sent me an email about being treated badly in my business, I would CERTAINLY reply immediately!
I also asked him a question about the tires for life, which I have seen quite a few complaints on here about this program At this point I am sure I will also have a problem in the future with this companyThey treat you very nicely when they want you to purchase, and then dont care after Very disappointed!

I am.a year old disabled VeteranI have never in my entire life ever been through such a disgusting more dishonest then my dealings with this dealer shipThe product knowledge is not there at allI can't count the amount of wrong informationMiss leading info just to make a saleI took down my original posting in fear of further problemsI was so afraid to argue or debate about anything more in fear of further problemsFirst I asked to make sure it was detailed and the first time there was polyn all over the top dust and dirt inside and it was horrendousThe second time it wasn't even waxed it was spray detailedNext I was told my payments would start a month later then it didNo Veteran plates was well informed.of being percent disabledWas told I could download u connect to aquire GPS which was totally falseRequested a full take on pick up that never happened eitherBrand new jeep goes in for inspection after the 3rd time back because there usual inspector was goneWell he damaged my vehicle in a spot on the drivers Door that was impossible to not see or know and then returns my jeep for pick up without a wordThen the dealership gives me a bottle of touch up paintReally are you kidding meMike Bertera gave me a place to go and have it repairedHaven't gotten a call back and the 1st and 2nd message left was very difficult to understand whomever answered the phoneAsking me for a voucher or paper work such as iouI am so infuriated rightI also explained we had children and a few at driving age and my fiance was going to purchase the chrysler Pacifica in a few months and still were very dishonestWell we like our new van and we didn't go to youAnd we will neverWe have told all our neighbors and our neighbor a town selectmen bought a brand new grand and they lost that toMy jeep looks amazing so I get allot of looks and questions and the first thing I tell them.is to not thereThe jeep jamboree at my friends well known 4xshop has it every year will spread it there alsoI am afraid to take my jeep there for service at allI was told I had to to honor warrantiesThere's gotta be a way around thisThis is a very poor representation for jeepI have never in my life been something so traumatic that should of been a wonderfully experienceSo now I am stuck with a damaged jeep my first jeep ever with a warranty that sucks because I will not give this dealership another opportunity to screw meMoney is tight especially with a daughter with leukemiaThese people are disgusting and foul and what's wrong with American business's in America that have no standardsWhom get away with whatever they can

Bertera was a wonderful dealership to work with. Their entire staff did everything they could to get us a great deal and were very honest during the process. We would recommend them to anyone and will be buying all of our future Subarus from them.

All was great for me . They help me out and was very nice

This has got to be the worst Dealership for customer service I've seen, I left my car there for a warranty repair and when returned NOTHING was done to it, they put over 200 miles on it while it was there and it was a mess on the inside, of course there was no manager there to talk to, I left the car there. This is the fourth time the car time been left there for warranty work, and they cant fix it, my next step is to a Lawyer.
