to us to manage, I was told in response to my specific inquiry that July rent had not been paid and that we were to make efforts to collect itPer our usual practice, we sent a letter to the tenants introducing our company which included a statement that there was a balance due on the accountWe received no reply to this letterTherefore, we sent a day notice to pay or vacate according to the conversation I had had with the wife at the time we signed the contract.
