We here at Bertone Heating and Air , are sorry to hear about Mr*** dissatisfaction concerning his new air-conditioning system that was installed early this past summer The system that we installed was a top rated brand in the residential a/c market, Installed by very experienced
technicians , all licensed in our stateUpon his request we have returned several times to investigate his concerns, never being able to detect any issues or defects in his new system Mr*** sought out several other opinions from many of my competitors and peers in the a/c field ,but none of them could find fault with the Installation or quality of equipment In ending, I found Mr.*** to be a very nice person to work with and feel bad that he is not happy with our job, but also feel frustrated by a problem we cannot see

Bertone Heating Heat and air feel we have done our best to respond and did all we could to make Mr*** satisfied, We stand by our installation, workmanship and choice of superior brand equipment per Terms of our proposal. Unfortunately and sadly Mr *** doesn't see it that way I have learned in my twenty plus years of providing excellent customer service and workmanship, you sometimes cannot make everyone happyBertone heating and Air have carried a A + rating for many many years and are proud of our Revdex.com positive rating

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # 12452861. 
 Recently a complaint was placed with the Revdex.com about a new air-conditioningunit that was installed in the second floor of my home.  Bertone Heating andAir-Conditioning responded to my complaint and I will conclude with thefollowing; Bertone Heating and Air -Conditioning installed a unit in my homein May and from inception residents of the home all indicated that the airin their rooms upstairs was not working and we all had trouble sleeping.Bertone did come back to check the system a few times over the next fewweeks, but seemed puzzled when it came to solving the problem. On 6/13 and6/17  I was able to get an Air-Conditioning company locally to look at theAir-Conditioning Unit. Their response was as follow:1)      The returns were not big enough to handle the system. 2)      A return in the office was blocked by an airflow tube. 3)      The connection on the new AC duct were not big enough. 4)      One of the Airflow tubes was draped over a cross beam and thecirculation was being cut off. 5)      The Air Tube connections for the handler should have been placedfurther down the duct work. 6)      There were a number of airflow tubes that were not taped or securedproperly. Bertone Heating and Air-Conditioning came back and increased the size of thereturn in the hallway to compensate for the returns that were blocked of inthe two bedrooms. Still not working correctly, the humidity levels were so high that you wouldwake up in a cold sweat at night I had a humidistat measuring the humiditylevels.    I contacted [redacted] Corporate and they assigned aticket number in consumer relations #[redacted] and they suggested I contact oneof the four certified [redacted] Installers and Bertone was not onthe list.  They had the distributor come to the house and above I haveattached their review.  Bertone Heating and Air Conditioning has haddiscussions in the last few weeks with [redacted] the Distributor and theyshared the problems with the Air-Conditioning in the attached documentabove. In concluding Bertone and Heating Air Conditioning peers have found faultwith the installation and perhaps equipment, honesty is the best policy. Ournumber one concern is mold growth with the high humidity levels beingregistered and health hazard, and the quality of life from lack of sleep inthese conditions. As suggested before the desired outcome is to replace thesystem with a unit that works properly establishing proper comfort bycooling the air and humidity to acceptable levels. Bertone Heating and Air- Conditioning has a contractual obligation to fixthis problem.  We want it fixed immediately!
