I ordered some Dolce & Gabbanna prescription glasses from them. First, the frames came in an ugly pouch, not the original box, what makes the authenticity of this frame very dubious. Their customer service is non existent. They didn't answer my email, the phone line took me, several times, to the voice message that, guess what, was always full, unable to record any new messages. After several days of trying I finally could talk to a lady and her answer came in the form of a question: "did we promise you an original box?" Just plain stupid. The frame looked good, though, and I made my second mistake and ordered prescription lenses from them. They weren't accurate and my prescription glasses came out wrong. My optometrist printed a reading from the lensometer and I provided that to them. They said the lensometer, digital by the way, was wrong. In order words they were right and I was wrong. I tried to get my money back through ebay and through PayPal but they just dismissed my case. Ebay besides dismissing my claim it also removed my comments about youroptix.com on their website, blatantly protecting them. I decided then to order my glasses from my regular eyeglass store and accept my loss. I learned my lesson: the cheap becomes expensive. Be careful with the 5 star reviews you see online because they may not be legit.
