I just re-examined this transaction, and it's correspondence.first: Customer received refund immediatelySecond: We responded with a personal conversation, to the first and second of stalker emails that followed the refundYes, rude emails is stalking, sorryof them in one day.After the refund, I explained that the product page and the cart both say sold by square footThat she had bought square feet, not cases of as she believedBut that also this glass tile is special order and minimum of $applied, and we pay sales tax from WAbecause we are using [redacted] Tile's facility for will callEach of these ARE on the product page she used to purchase from.Our home page says: First grade materials directly from the manufacturerWhen we say in stock after that we, of course, mean the manufacturers inventory.ALL of this has occurred AFTER her refund.When I get a call ( hundreds everyday), The first question is what is the price per square footSecond is how many square feet per case, then How is it sold, by square foot or caseMy product pages show cost, then say, sold by square foot, then, show how many square feet are in a caseThis does NOT mean we are selling by the caseWhen I change anything, it confuses many more customersWe have given considerable thought to our formatThis one works for 99% of customersShe got her money back immediatelySorry, emails after this went unanswered That said my product pages show

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business is not telling the truth regarding the correspondence that took place after the purchase The business is unprofessional and participating in a "bullying" type behavior The website is very confusing and misleading The website does not state the items area sold by square foot, and it does not state a minimum order As I said previously, it took me emailing and calling twice daily for days to get an order status after waiting nearly a week after placing my initial order I never emailed or called the business 16, or times in one day It's a shame the business is hiding behind their unprofessionalism by lying about what transpired during the transaction Potential customers and the general public need to be made aware of this shady scam artist of a business I would hate for anyone else to go through the verbal, mental and emotional abuse, lying, name calling and bullying that I have been exposed to over the course of several weeks Regards, [redacted]

When my husband called you, he was told #1: You admitted the website pricing and advertising was incorrect, and you were going to have your IT person fix it & #2: There is a 'minimum order of $200' - which is NOT stated ANYWHERE on your website OR during the ordering processI had to call AND email numerous times to check the status of my order A simple return email or phone call would have sufficedIf you have received numerous emails from me questioning the status of my order, or the reason for my refund- why couldn't you reply to ANY of them? I have in no way threatened, stalked, terrorized or harassed you It's sad that your ignorance enables you to freely misuse these words in a society where these actions are real threats to some people An EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL company at the least I simply wanted an order status, then a reason as to why my money was refunded, but basic communication was too much to ask from your company The details of this case will be posted on all review sites concerning your company I will also post the email I sent you, which will show I have in no way "stalked, harassed or terrorized" you A copy of all documents will also be forwarded to the Department of Customer Affairs in CA, and ICS I'm not asking for free tile, just some basic customer service, and resolution from your advertising and NOW accusations Regards, [redacted]

Yes, 18 rude emails is stalking, sorry. 8 of them in one day.After the refund, I explained that the product page and the cart both say sold by square foot. That she had bought 6 square feet, not 6 cases of 10 as she believed. But that also this glass tile is special order and minimum of $200.00 applied,  and we pay sales tax from WA. because we are using [redacted] Tile's facility for will call.
