Bert's Dry Cleaners

Review: When using their alterations services on a dress, they damage it and did not properly perform the work they had promised. I had the damaged dress corrected somewhere else, but when I brought the dress and other businesses receipt to them looking for a refund, they didn't want to know. Finally after thoroughly inspecting the dress, they admitted that it was someone else's work, but refused to give me a refund. They said that I had them alter it and then had someone else alter it back to its original state - why anyone would do that, I don't know. Once they made it clear that they didn't care that I was a previous customer, and were not refunding my money - I said that's fine and I will never do business here again. That's when they verbal attacked me, and motioned towards a physical altercation. I left and will never go back.Desired Settlement: Refund
