I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Revdex.com received the following response from the consumer: I spoke to Bert about 2 weeks ago, he was going to call back to make an appointment to come see the issues. I have not heard from him since.

Revdex.com spoke to Robert at the business and the following was relayed: Most of the complaint is untrue. There was plaster that had fallen into the grass which I offered to rake up but the consumer stated not to. There were coffee cups left in the garage. She states plaster was left on the deck, that was...

dust and easily able to be washed off. It did take 3 weeks to complete. There were 14 rooms that were painted and the customer was supposed to provide family members to move the furniture, that is not something that is included or would cost extra, and this was not provided so it did take longer than expected. The corner line was done as straight as possible and the consumer was informed that the walls did not meet flush. Regarding the spots of paint, there was one spot that I did take care of. I went over the foyer and stated missed spots with the consumer 3 or 4 times and there was nothing left unfinished.
