PLEASE NOTE THE UNIT WAS IN FACT DELIVERED , ON TIME AND PLACED AS ASKED BY THE CLIENT , AND CLIENT ACTUALLY STATED SHE "SAW "THE UNIT ON SIGHT ( HANDICAP UNIT ) SHE STATED THAT SHE WASNT SURE IF IT WAS" OURS" , THE STICKER SAID

SHE DID GET WHAT SHE PAID FOR / FYI THERE IS NO REFUND DUE , (PLEASE NOTE Revdex.com THERE IS A HUGE ERROR ON THE COST U SHOW :$ THE COST WAS AN EVEN $AND WE DELIVERED AS SHOWN AND REMOVED ON TIME AS WELL) PLEASE ALSO NOTE WE OFFERED A DISCOUNT BASED ON HER STATEMENT THAT THE UNIT DID NOT SHOW UP, THE UNIT WAS IN FACT ON SIGHT , ALL IS RESOLVEDTHERE WERE NO ISSUES, OTHER THAN SHE DID NOT SEE THE UNIT SHE SAID IT WAS BERTSCH BROS / OURS, THE COMPANY SHE ORDERED FROM!!!! I would like to set the record straight....It seems *** *** is either il-informed or has chosen to be a bit off color/untruthful.Yes, I have been credited the fees only because I disputed them through my credit card company.Also, the unit was serviced only TWICE, no more The first service was after - weeks of sitting here which included several promises and missed appointmentsThe second was four days later.When the unit was delivered it was 10:pm at night, and they proceed to clean it in my driveway.The first service of the unit was 9:- 10:pm at night as well.This unit was in a residential neighborhood, in fact it was in my personal driveway. To say that this company is a stand up company, would be a huge stretchThey promised to have the "General Manager" call to discuss a credit, of course that never happenWhen I did get in touch with the "owner" he hung up on me.As I said before, I received a credit only because I disputed the charge.This company as the poorest customer service that I have ever experiencedI regret not reading the reviews, as it seems I am not the only one that has experienced poor service.As a business owner myself, I would never treat clients in this mannerIn my opinion they deserve an "F" rating. I am rejecting this response because:Thank you, Bertsch Brothers, for your time in responding to this complaint (nearly two months later).It is disappointing to see that Bertsch Brothers has chosen to ignore the facts stated in this complaint, emails between us, and those discussed over the phone: -the unit was delivered to the WRONG part of Clement Park, near the library (as noted by Clement Park/Foothills Parks & Rec staff) - we have maps to show where this unit was approved to be placed per Clement Park; per *** ***, general manager of Bertsch Brothers, he has pictures from the driver showing the (incorrect) actual placement location -the unit was delivered on the WRONG day (Friday night 8/instead of 7am Saturday morning 8/27, as noted by Clement Park/Foothills Parks & Rec staff; per Clement Park, it is not acceptable to have a unit on the property overnight without prior authorization)-both *** *** (the general manager) and ***ara verbally promised to refund the cost of the unit that was UNUSABLE for the event due to its location (an ADA unit located out of sight, far beyond where anyone using a wheelchair could possibly reach) - there is a voicemail from ***ara stating this, along with email from Mr***-there has been no resolution with this issue - the cost of $has not been refunded; as a result, Foothills Parks & Rec (specifically Clement Park) has been advised to use caution if any other events held on their property request to use Bertsch Brothers for portable toilets Both *** *** and myself have detailed emails discussing the placement of the unit (including his inquiry of where - the day before the event) both before and after the event Please find these attached, and please note errors in details regarding the order, on the part of Bertsch Brothers, that had to be corrected The emails also state clearly that the unit was delivered on the wrong day and time and in the wrong location (not within sight of the event), map included

The customer is correct- she did order two pieces and send back the large in exchange for the medium sizeBUT, the credit she received was not a partial credit, nor the end of the storyThe credit for $was issued for the difference in price from the medium to the largeThe medium size that
we were exchanging for her , costs $less than the large, so we refunded her that difference in priceWe issued her the credit and then shipped out the medium she requested on UPS tracking number ***We are sorry that were not more clear on our processShe received the exchange item on 6/10/via UPSHad the customer reached out to us with her confusion, instead of opening this ticket, we would have explained it to her better at that timePlease let me know if you need any further informationThank you, *** ***
