***, on 9/12/which listed one damageditem, a china cabinet, and an estimated cost of repair of $I was able to determine that the***s did not elect to purchase additional valuation for their move and any damages werereleased at a value of $0.60/per pound/per item!.determined the weight of the china cabinet tobe lbs and the value of the claim to be $Qn 10/17/2016, I mailed a letter to thePaluquists explaining how the value of their claim was determined as well as a check in theamount of $No other claim forms were received and no other indication of additionaldamage was givenUpon receipt of the recent Revdex.com complaint from, I inquired about the pianodamages with the employee who had been in contact with Mrs*** at the initiation ofher moveI was informed, by that employee, that an additional claim form had been mailed toMrs*** upon her request and there was no indication given that the claim form wasnever receivedIf Mror Mrs*** would like to contact me, I would be happy to workdirectly with them to resolve their damage claim.With Regards,Ariel W***, *** General ManagerBertsch Moving & Storage of Salem
