The statement  is not true the customer didn't place their order until months after the wedding but needless to say they have all of their albums now extra prints and their video was delivered  to them. The only thing I can say is that it took a little longer to produce  then it...

Review: My wife and I were married this past May, 2014. The only regret we had from our most important day was working with Bertucci Studios. The photography was poor and the video was a joke. When we complained that one of our bride's maids (my wife's Daughter) and Groomsman (my wife's Nephew) was not in the video during the wedding precession, [redacted] made no apology just made another copy a month or so later. The video in its entirety was as if we had a drunken wedding guest film it, shaky and blurry footage, no close ups, missing our thank you to our guests at the end, the list goes on...Today is Jan [redacted], we were promised our wedding album within 3 weeks of the last edit. The last edit was completed on Nov **. We have been given the following excuses via text message thus far:(Dec **, [redacted]) Hey [redacted] I'm at a wedding now I'll check on [redacted](Dec **, [redacted]) I will have it next they said just wanted you to know(Dec **, [redacted]) I'll let you know it's [redacted] just woke up and lab is closed when I have it I'll call you(Jan *, [redacted]) I'm pick up every album on [redacted] finally do maybe we can meet over the weekend. No next [redacted] I'm in [redacted] visiting family in hospital. Next [redacted] is when I pick up every thing(Jan **, [redacted]) No sorry I'm at a wedding as a guess I'll get in touch with you tomorrow(Jan **, [redacted]) Hey [redacted] I'm not in the studio til [redacted] I'm working in the city the next couple of days til late so we can set something up during the week that greatBy the way, he never did call me once. We paid in full as is his policy and we even gave him a healthy tip.Big Mistake! Never Again!Desired Settlement: I just want to get our wedding Album as promised and be done with this vendor.

Review: [redacted] of Bertucci Studios was paid in full as his contract agreement when we received our proofs. We have never received our albums, wedding videos, and pictures such as 5x8, 8x10 and 11x14 and 20x24. He does not return phone calls or emails in the last 4 months. Prior to the last 4 months he had set up multiple dates to pick up our stuff that "is ready" but never answered the phone on those dates and now no response at all. Our wedding was 9/**/13, as per his contract we should have had our belongings within the year. He does not respond and I do not know any other way to go about this. All we want is what is owed to us. On social media I see he has done this other people but I do not know there outcomes. Please help.Desired Settlement: We just want what is owed to us. We have no memories of or wedding day to share with our family. He has ruined a very sacred time in our lives.
