Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

On February 15, 2020, I ordered pizza online from Bertucci's in the amount of $48.21. At the time of ordering, I put in my credit card which was accepted. My husband went to pick up the food and was told it had not been paid for. My husband then paid for it again. When he got home, I went online at my bank and saw the bill was "pending." I immediately called the store (#49) and spoke to the store manager, Justin. He took my information down and stated it would be taken care of no later than the following Tuesday. When I went online to my bank yesterday, the $48.21 had still not been refunded. I then called Justin again. He told me I needed to write their corporate office giving them the details. I asked Justin how can you manage to charge someone in 5 minutes, but you can't credit in the same allotted time? I also noted that the food was taken from my account on Monday, February 18. I sent an email to their corporate office as asked and no one has yet to reach out even with a courtesy email in return. The general manager for this store is John ***. I just want my money back and not have to wait another week for this to be taken care of. I will never order from them again. Thank you.
