My husband and I purchased a BEST recliner rocker from Bescheinen’s on July 30, 2018,The item was delivered to us on or about August 20, The first thing I saw was that the rocker's cover in the back did not adequately cover the place where entry into the chair's operating equipment was locatedPhotos will show the sides of the cloth designed to cover the equipment, did not fully cover itI reported this matter to Bescheinen's store on August 21, 2018, and a copy of my email to Bescheinen's and their response is available for proof of our initial complaint, their decision as to what the problem was, and their advice that they were ordering a new backA couple of weeks after that the company delivered two new backs, hoping that one of the two would solve the problem of the "look of theback of the chair"When I could not see that either of them helped the chair's look the delivery man offered to leave the two "new" backs with us so we could try both and keep the one we wante
