I explain to customer pre paid rent was not refunded many times. he is angry because she didn't get the refund. Last month she contacted the credit card co and had the money pulled out of my account, which I had redeposited. If I was rude on the phone or in person I am sorry,
however after or calls in which this was explained to her it does become annoying. When she talked about paying in advance I explained again no refunds. In my opinion she is not due a refund

Mr***, please reread your contract. You did give your days notice per the contract. However if you read Paragraph on page of your contract, it states" ANY HOLDING OVER INTO THE NEXT MONTH OBLIGATES OCCUPANT TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF MONTHLY RENT DUE." THEREFORE
WHEN YOU PULLED YOUR LOCK OF THE UNIT ON OCT1,2015, IT CONSTITUTES A HOLDOVER. I APOLOGIZE FOR SENDING THE WRONG LETTER.Sincerely,Mary *B***,owner
