I want credit or replacement with workable products
April 29,XXXX XX.85 March 22,XXXX XX,89 skin theraphy vacuum double roller & roller makeup.both products do not work.. I send emails day after receiving products.May 17,23,26,27 & May 28th.copy of labels & videos. No order# or descriptions. I wanted replacements at the time. Never responded the last few emails were coming back with server error 404

I want to return two bluetooth earpieces because they don't work. When you use them, you can't understand anything being said, and they continuously cut out. The company asks you the same questions over and over, and then just stops answering.

Ordered a product online. Took forever to get to me. Product wasn't what was advertised online.
I ordered a wig. It took way longer to get here than it was supposed to. Then the product wasn't as advertised. When I contacted them they wanted to give me like 20% back or have me ship it back for a full refund. Shipping was the same price as the product. They ignored my complaints and would make me send pictures multiple times and ask for videos. They wasted my time and energy

I sent an email to Besells concerning a product that did not fit and I wanted to return it and get a refund.
I sent an email (September 11) after I had the received the product (compression socks for my grandmother) that did not fit her, and I wanted to ship it back and get a refund. They replied the next day, requesting for pictures of the product and mailing label to which I sent them that day. They replied on the 15th, suggesting that they would give me 15% refund back and that I would keep the product. My grandmother asked me to email them and see if we can return the product at our cost and just get a full refund back. The email was sent to them on the 16. I wasn't sure why they weren't replying in the following days, so thinking it may make things easier for us, I then decided to email them again and agreeing to their first proposal which was the 15% refund. I've sent them 2 more emails after that in the following days, and they have yet to respond on whether they agree on that or having me ship the products back. It's already September 25, and still no response from them. The three, cheaply made compression socks cost me $35.82 and my grandmother no longer wants them, nor do they even fit me. It was pretty much a waste of money.

Desired Outcome

If they don't want to give me a full refund, to at least give me the 15% money back and I'll figure out what I can do with the product that doesn't even fit.

I ordered a product over 3 months ago, was told the item was delivered but I have cameras and that never occurred. Asked for refund, no response.
Order confirmation was sent June 1st. The tracking number given to me wouldn't update at all. It said it could be 6 weeks delivery so I didn't begin to contact them till almost 2 months after confirmation. Since then the only time they have responded to my emails is to say that my issue was being brought up with the resolutions department and that was almost a month ago. They also claimed it was out of their hands at one point because the product was delivered but I told them I had video cameras and they quickly back tracked.

This Business is an absolute fraud, they scam their customers for money. I purchased in February XXXX X items, and what they do is, they send you a tracking number for a package that includes only parts of your order and the rest of your order you will never see. .. I am still waiting for two parts that haven't been sent out in the first place, I emailed several times asking for a refund, I even sent pictures from the partly received items, they do not care! ! And they don't refund the money.

I received my ear pods weeks later than I was supposed to receive them. In arrival I found out that it was also broken (would not hold a charge). I then reached out to support for a refund they said I would receive one and never received one. I reached out again for a refund and was then told that I can keep the broken headset in these words "How about a 15% cash back and just keep the item you order with us instead of returning it to our warehouse?"

I promptly responded stating I didn't not want the broken headset and wanted a full refund, never received a response.

I ordered a product in February. I was told it would be here about 6 weeks. May 11, nothing updated and keep getting same email response
Purchased item Feb 12, 2018, received email on Feb 28 saying its on its way allow up to 6 weeks, received another email March 20 saying 2-6 week delivery, received another email saying there is a delay and accept our apologies, in three days you will receive an email with a gift. Never received that email. When I contact them they send the same email. Tracking number hasnt been updated since 3/24/18.

Received the wrong merchandise.
I ordered earbuds with a charging case and a silicone protective case. Did not receive the charging case. The entire order was paid for prior to shipment.
I received the earbuds and the silicone case but not the charging case. When I tried to contact the company about this, there was no response. They did contact me after an entire month. I asked for either the charging case or a refund and I will return the msde. They asked me for pictures of the shipping label and the product I received, which I sent them...no response to this.

I ordered an item in February, they took out the money and I never received the item. Wont answer my emails.

I have emailed a couple times now, no response. Just called now and got a voicemail right away. I just want my money back.

I ordered an anti-barking device from this company February 5th, 2018. I received an email with a tracking number staring my order had been shipped March 1st, 2018. March 16th, I received yet another email saying "Please receive our infinite and sincere apologies, a small batch of packages we ship had a problem with the courier, so a reduced percentage of clients haven't received their products on time." How do you get an email with a tracking number and then all the sudden, oops! We had a problem. Get real! I've emailed them saying I want a refund, they refuse to email me back. I've left reviews on their facebook page, and they immediately remove it because my review is negative. These people are 100% scammers. Buyer beware! They have a place where you can leave reviews on their website but the funny thing is, they are the ones posting the reviews! TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! And just in case anybody is wondering, no I still haven't received my order, my money back, or even a phone call or email from these scammers.

Please Please Please do not buy from this company. They advertise on Instagram, which most ads on Instagram are fake. This company falsely advertises products with a 2 week shipping promise but as you can see on this website people have not even received their merchandise they ordered. This company is merely a scam that is taking advantage of innocent customers who do not already know the game they are playing. something must be done to take them down.

never got my wig must be a scam to take people money I wont my money back

I have purchased with this company and they haven't provided me with my purchased products. They have noted on their website that it takes 2-6 weeks for the orders to be shipped. My order was placed on February 7th and today, March 19th which is more than 6 weeks, and I still haven't received my purchased products. I have emailed this company for updates but they haven't provided any adequate information as to when I'd receive my order.

I had made the purchase the end of January and the payment was received in the middle of February (which was the expected time of arrival) I did not receive anything, contacted them to find out what happened and all I received was an email saying that they would look into the situation and get back to me which they never did, called there number several times and sent a couple emails as to where my purchase was and if I can just get a refund and haven't gotten a response from the company about anything.

I ordered three wigs, it has been two months and I have yet to receive them. I have emailed them 3 times and left multiple voicemails but received no response. I am going to file a dispute with my credit card company to try to get my money back. Horrible company

I ordered merchandise on January 8th, 2018 and was sent a tracking number. My bank account was debited immediately, but I was told my order may not be here until sometime in February. I was sent an email stating that my order was on its way and given a tracking number. No such number could be found. I then emailed the company and they sent me another email telling me they were sorry for the delay and that my order was being processed immediately. I was given another tracking number and, again, it could not and still cannot be found. I emailed again and said I would report it and I was going to get my money back from my bank. Got another email saying my order was on its way. Again, tracking number doesn't exist. I've called the number found on my bank account, online AND the California number on Revdex.com and left messages. No response. All you get when you call is an immediate recorded message that says "Thank you for calling, leave a message and someone will call you back". I suspect this is a fake business that just takes your money. Now I must order a new debit card, contact all creditors that debit monthly from my account and go through the hassle of getting used to using yet another card. One of the worse experiences I've had ordering from online. I would rate 0 stars but it's not available. Please make this review public.

This company is a fraud! I ordered a lace frontal wig and it looks worst then cheap baby doll hair. The wig on the video is nothing of what I received. I waited almost a month for a piece of ***! This company is a fraud! I grade them an F. I'm so disappointed.
