I have contacted *** regarding this claim I spoke with *** ***, supervisor, agent id *** *** He asked me to tell you that he would be happy to supply you with the information from their claim, tied to Tracking number ***, but contractually, he is not able to send me any information (since this claim is really made on the shipper's behalf) Could you please contact *** Customer Support, @ *** *** ***, for any information that you would need? Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because:
I have never contested that the seller had meaccording to the letter of the law (and their return policy) I have simply maintained the position that they shipped me a broken part and they should want to make things right They should want to take care of their customer They already have ALL of my moneyall they need to do is send me a part that is not broken And to think that I opened the part and then smashed it, after paying over $260, is ridiculous! This part sat safely on a shelf, unopened, as I waited for spring, when the weather would be warm enough to install it Please, Beshore & Koller, do the right thing here Please send me a part that is not broken I do not want any money back, I just want a new grille

We have reviewed this concern, and unfortunately the purchase was made over 4 months ago, so we as a seller have no recourse to go back to the original supplier of the part. The part is prepackaged from the manufacturer, and packaged properly when we receive it. When it is 4 months later,, it could...

have been damaged while in the owners possession . If the package/product would have been damaged in shipping, the [redacted] co should have been responsible. We are very sorry for the customers inconvenience, but we have no recourse with the Manuf of the part for damage received when the customer has had it for over 4 months!!

I spoke to [redacted] at the [redacted] damage dept, and they denied the claim, saying they felt it was not packaged properly// We feel it was packaged properly, and it was alos in the owners possession for a few months before the damage was reported to us or to [redacted].

Review: I am writing to let you know about the lack of customer service being provided by the "Beyshore & Koller" Genuine [redacted] Parts, online store. I purchased a new grille for my [redacted] pickup, in December of 2013 (4 months ago). I took delivery of the grille, after 6:00p, on a very cold winter night. Since it was below zero, I did not open the package in driveway, but instead stored it on a shelf until spring. When I opened the box, the grille was damaged very badly. I called the store, but they would not help me since the 14 day period had lapsed. I then filed a claim with [redacted], but they ended up denying payment since the package was not properly padded (& therefore damage due to poor packaging by the seller). Now, Beshore & Koller have all of my money & my grille! I am very, very unhappy with this lack of customer service. Yes, by the book I did not return the item in time, so technically they got me!Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the amount of my purchase, $259.95, and to report this seller/business as one that does not provide support/care for their customers.
