Bespoke responded to each of the consumer's emails asking for clarification, as we were unable to identify an account based on the initial information provided - there was no account attached to the name and email providedIn each email, we requested the customer's shipping address, which is how we are able to locate user accountsWe did not receive a response to those emails, nor did we receive responses to the follemails sent the day following each email Unable to located the account without further information, we were unable to contact the consumer by other meansWith the address provided as part of this complaint we have located his account and it is now cancelled and have sent an email confirming the cancellation of his account

This customer signed up to be part of our recurring subscription program on 07/**/16, which was when he entered his credit card details on our siteDuring the subscription registration process our website explains: how the program works, when customers will receive an email with their monthly box
selection, as well as the duration of time they are able to make any adjustments to their order, including canceling the orderThis information is also listed on the FAQ page of our website* *** We do not require customers to enter their credit card details to view products on our siteThis customer emailed us on **/**/letting us know he did not want his October box and requested the charge be cancelledWe responded, via email, to let him know we were able to cancel the order and refund the chargeOn **/**/16, the customer emailed back requesting his account be cancelledWe again responded via email the same day to confirm his request had been completedWe followed up on **/**/to reconfirm his account had been cancelled, and the charge for his October order was voidedIn our response we included the voided charge receipt

We did not receive a response to those emails, nor did we receive responses to the follow-up emails sent the day following each email.  Unable to located the account without further information, we were unable to contact the consumer by other means. With the address provided as part of this complaint we have located his account and it is now cancelled and have sent an email confirming the cancellation of his account.
