Worst Service Experience Ever!

I booked an oil change appointment with Bessada Kia Pickering ON for 930am. I arrived with my 3 children and was met by individual at the front that had video rolling capturing myself and my young children (never advised or warned about it). She never introduced herself she then answered a number of screening questions for me, never asking me any screening questions, in fact I do not even know what the questions were. She wanted me to stare into a camera to have temperature taken, I covered my eyes to do it however she advised that would not work? You don’t take temp with your eyes? What is the dealership capturing? Why not explain the process?

I attended the desk at 923am and advised I was here for an oil change appointment, I also stated that I had my three young children with me and I hope that there would not be a lengthy wait. At 950am my vehicle still had not moved from its space, I inquired why a simple oil change would be take so long, the young women at the front desk who was polite advised she would check; I than observed the slowest worker in the world place plastic sheet over my driver seat and then exited the car. At 955am I asked for my keys to be returned as my vehicle still had not moved, I also asked to speak with a manager. Again, the front desk service women were polite and retuned my keys, however no manager had come to see me and I and my children were still stuck inside a dealership. I also had to asked to have someone retrieve their garbage from my car as the plastic was left in there from the slowest worker at car dealership.

As I attempted to leave the store through the main door which initially, I was advised via signage that we had to enter to gain access my path was blocked by reception individual who stated I must leave through another exit. I actually waited with my three kids at a safe distance to exit as a person was entering, after waiting the receptionist advised that I must exit through another door. There was no direction provided upon entering where to exited and at no time while waiting to exit were we told to exited through any other door. In addition, there we no individuals entering or exiting the store, however the door person jumped into my personal space, very disturbing during pandemic as we just wanted out (during a pandemic), I had to asked her to move for myself and my children to exit safely.

I waited three weeks for an oil changed appointment arrived prior to my time to the dealership where I purchased this vehicle; and in the time I waited for the vehicle even to be moved inside I could have had the oil changed at any another place and been on my way. In addition, I never was never able to speak with a manager. This is very poor customer service and I will never return to this dealership again and most likely will not purchase another KIA based on my experiences with this dealership and the difficulties (several) I have had over the years.

In summary if really want a KIA, Bessada Kia is not the place to go!

The vehicle was not even in our possession for one week when I noticed there were two small dents in the passenger side of the vehicle. Upon speaking with the dealership we were told that we should have negotiated a better price for the vehicle seeing as there was damage, but this was a 2017 with less than 6K mileage, and there was no disclosure about damage NOR was there a walk around at the time of delivery.
I have been asking the dealership to repair this for a week now, and they refuse. It is ridiculous for me to contact my insurance company at this point to ask them to repair the vehicle that was damaged at the dealership.
Please intercede, I am a widow and my daughter will be the driver, and we feel taken advantage of at this point.

Desired Outcome

Repair The right thing to do is to repair the dents in the vehicle and have a (reasonably) happy customer, not one who will complain about this dealership for the rest of her days. I am not hard to please, but injustices like this make me sick. Regards.

I have reviewed Mrs. complain I do recall speaking with her daughter, a few days after delivery, I find it unusual for a customer to notice 2 dents a week after delivery?
This vehicle was picked up and is driven by owners daughter, logically a number of things could have changed in a week in addition we have photos of this vehicle, prior to delivery on file In the interest of good customer relation and a goodwill I am prepared to arrange for dent removal by one of our suppliers I will contact Mrs. daughter to arrange a convenient time for dent removal
