Review: Mr B[redacted] was hired to replace gutters on my house 10/2015. The new gutters were placed on wood that was rotten. He didn't advise me the wood was rotten before he put the gutters on.. Within a month the rotten wood to which the gutters where attached fell to the ground in several places. I advised Mr B[redacted] He came back, looked at the wood. He advised that we should put aluminum over the rotted soffit and fascia. I asked him why, as a professional roofer, he hadn't told me the wood on the soffit and fascia was rotten before he put the gutters on? I would not have attached an expensive new gutter onto rotten wood had I been advised beforehand. Mr B[redacted] agreed to fix the areas of wood that were rotten. I have called him multiple times and there is always an excuse "it's too cold", "I'm too busy","I'm doing indoor work". The initial work was 10/2015 and still I'm waiting. I told him before last winter that I'm afraid critters will get into the roof.Desired Settlement: Repair of rotten wood/holes/make safe and intact soffit/facia
