While enjoying the game Flower House I have had very unpleasant experiences when I purchased in game items , each costing me $I had to go back and forth via emails for well over a week after I was asked the same questions over and over after I had given all of the information several timesNow again today and I had contacted *** , the staff saw my purchase and that I have not received it yetGame Insight Support Team members make it outrageously difficult to correct their wrong - doing ! I have spent literally 1,000's of $$ playing their gameI feel I am being ripped off ! I am very upset !
The game is a fraudI was playing the game and using money to upgrade my airport when the game was blocked because of a setting issue that was not a fault of mine and I was never able to resolve the issueI asked for help and all they kept telling me was to fix a setting on my device that never had anything to do with the gameMany other players have experienced the same issue and had their game blocked with no more accessI feel defrauded out of my money and money was coming out of my credit card to this company without my consentI want my money refunded to me because of this issueI play a lot of online games and never had this experienceThe company doesn't adhere to customer concerns and will lock their game up after we spend our money and can't play no moreTHIS IS A SCAM!
It was an enjoyable game, but every once in a while it would block me claiming that I had violated its terms of service (I hadn't) This was annoying, but could be fixed by tech support Now, however, tech support no longer responds at all so the game remains blocked and (for the most part) useless
