Please note that the customer submitting this complain came to our office very angry do to the fact that she was towed from a private property in witch the school she attends was given fair notice of the parking enforcement that will be taken place ,also...
must of the student was given a flyer and directed not to park at that location ,owner of property directed lots of students not to park for several month this has been an issued for the businesses at that location ,the students do have parking available at the school but they refuse to walk so far ,This individual was not at all courteous and decided to bring her boy friend to make matters worst ,two both of them we explain the charges ,$185 .00 impound hook up fee and $65.00 per dollies to be able to impound vehicle illegally park for this is not a regular tow we have no access to keys or costumer at time of service, this person went as far as to make a false claim to her insurance company in witch we had to provide them with pictures of an existing damages at time of tow ,we take all actions before hooking up vehicle including logging in pictures of existing damages plus at all time we keep a second person for witness purposes,as per the sing that she claims not to see they have been posted for over two months at the property in question ,as per the claim she is making of been ask to leave the property yes that was demanded by me personally due to the way they where caring them self at my place of businesses very rude and disrespectful and I do not tolerate that kind of behavior at my businesses or in front of my 5 year old daughter present at that time .
We are sorry that they where towed but is up to the drivers to look at all advertisement and legal sing on the road and any private property when posted ,hope this response will make the costumer understand of their fault and give this incident the closure that it needs .

Hello , in response to the above mention case ,please know that we at best 4 less pride in customer service ,this customer had the time to check the vehicle and was satisfied with the purchase , we sale used cars AS IS there is no warranties or guaranties either said or implied on any sale ,this customer contact us about the issued with the vehicle and was told to bring back for us to check and refuse to bring for inspection ,as per condition on vehicle it was a trade in from a former customer and he drove that car to Tuskegee from auburn every day ,never having any trouble at trade in I owner of Best 4 Less ck the vehicle and it was a very good driving automobile ,had no body damage what so ever to have a light to fall off those are untrue speculations from the consumer ,any vehicle can have an issue like they claim of the spark plug wires but those are maintenance's that need to be repair by the purchaser we sale used cars AS IS and as per purchase price there is also interest that is applied to each sale plus sales fees tax and title cost ,each customer is given a sale contract that they read and sign before purchasing , is is there sole responsibility to read contract and check the desired vehicle ,this is the first time in 30 years that I have an issued like this on a sale but is hard to deal with some one that does not compromise with our terms will be more than happy to assist and to ck the vehicle we have our own repair shop and we can see what the problem may be if any as a good will service to any customer, but vehicle has to be brought to our facilities to be check again there are no lemons sold here we sale used cars AS IS .Sorry we do not refund any vehicles purchase how ever if it is true that the vehicle has extreme mechanical issues we will work with the customer to assign a different vehicle as a good will service not by any kind of guaranties ,we apologize for any inconvenience that this may have cause the customer but they was not giving any kind of warranties or guaranties on said purchase.
