Best Aid Appliance

I purchased a washer/dryer combo from *** *** in the *** *** Store and I also purchased a service plan from *** HeadquartersThe dryer stopped turning on so I called for service and Warrantech Headquarters sent *** *** Appliances Service to fix the dryerA technician named Arman ** came to my home and he said the button to turn on the dryer was stuck and he leftThe dryer worked for a week and it stopped again so I called Warrantech Headquarters again and they sent Arman ** to my house againThis time he said that I needed to clean out the exhaust vent and he said when the dryer doesn't come on I should reach inside of the dryer and manually turn it a few times and then push the button and it will come onI had a plumber come to my house to clean the exhaust vent and he said that the vent was clean inside and also under the house After requesting a refund for the service plan and fighting with *** Headquarters for months they finally sent another Appliance Repair Company to my home to check the dryer againThis company said that my dryer needs a new motor Arman ** of *** *** Appliances Service misdiagnosed the problem with my dryer both times that he came to my house and he was paid for doing absolutely nothing! I told *** Headquarters that they should request a refund from *** *** Appliance Services for whatever they paid Arman ** both times that he came to my house because he didn't do anything to fix my dryer and he certainly doesn't deserve to be paid one dime
