My step dad had an ac unit put in with this company and they were completely horribleMy unit failed in the winter and they left my family freezing for weeks before they repaired my issueThis summer my unit failed again and they were a no call no show This summer I went away for a month and turned my unit off to save on electricityWhen I returned the unit would not cool my home at allThe temperature inside the house was 97° with the unit on I called the above number and no one answered and there was no way to leave a message The company line seemed like a cell number so I sent a text When someone finally contacted me I explained to him my issue and he asked me to text him because he was doing homework with his son! He also said he was sick SoI text and asked was there anything I could do to trouble shoot for a solutionThe guy called me back and begin talking to me as if I was causing him a problemI remained calm as he lectured me about turning my unit completely off while I was gone for a month(He said I would save money by leaving the unit on.) He instructed me to simply let the unit run for a couple of hours and it would cool offWhen I explained to him that the unit had already ran all night and the temperature remained 97° he said " I'm not going to debate with you I'm just trying to help you trouble shootI'll try to make it to your house in the morning" That next morning I sent a text asking what time he thought he'd be able to make it outno reply I sent another text shortly after that stating I was going to take a half day off so I could be at the house to let him inno replyBy 2pm I sent another teXT asking him to please reply backI explained that my family could no longer stay in the house at that temperatureno reply Keep in mind my Unit is still under full warranty with their company I decided to have another company fix my AC and sue Best AC for the bill, suffering, my family's relocation expenses and the monies lost from work

Keep in mind my Unit is still under full warranty with their company.
