Dear *** ***, *** *** purchased a Speed Queen washer from ourstore and called to complain regarding his machine shakingWe explained that there is a certain amount of shaking which is normal. We did offer to come and check out the unit under warranty
Unfortunately, the technician who is familiar with Speed Queen had a family emergency and we needed to reschedule the appointment two consecutive days. We did try to call on several occasions to reschedule, understanding the customers concerns but he refused to answer the phone so we could explain what had happened with the technician and assign him another appointmentUnder no circumstances are we able to refund the customer's money which is clearly stated on our invoice, the brand new unit was already used in his homeHe must call the Speed Queen Corporation directly and file a formal complaint regarding his unit allowing Speed Queen to make the final decisionWe would have explained all of this to him if he had not refused our calls. The business claims that they attempted to re-schedule the service appointment for two consecutive days: this is a FALSE claim because: a. they never scheduled an appointment with me;b. I have contacted the salesperson Mike multiple times during the two-week period and he either promised me, "I will call you back" or was not available. The only time he called me back on 3/**/17 he said, “I am sorry about last week, the guy is busy and I don’t know when he can come, I will call you”.The business has knowingly provided false information to Revdex.com.I have informed the manufacturer about the machine shaking and they scheduled a service appointment from another service provider.When I was looking for a new washer, The Best Appliance Parts Inc., aka A-1 Appliance parts, made a false promise to me - the salesperson Mike said, "We service this brand so if you have any problem you just call us and we will send a repairman the next day". I can't believe I was so naive to trust his sales pitch. In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
