To Whom it may Concern, Best Appliance is a reconditioned appliance shop which sells all appliances with a standard day warrantyThis warranty is stamped on the bottom of all customer receipts, & also clearly stated on a sign in our showroomI spoke with the customer about days after his initial purchase & personally went to his home & fixed it free of char [redacted] even though it was out of the day warranty period we offerWe offer a wide variety of different appliances all different makes & modelsIt is solely the customers choice on which machine they select, & in this case the customer decided on this particular machine due to it was the only one that we had with a Stainless Steel Wash Tub in itWe did not guide the customer to purchase any particular washer, that decision is 100% up to the customerAfter speaking with the customer & trying to come to a fair resolution to the issue, I offered the customer $off any washer in our store with free delivery & extended warranty to try to reassure him that we wanted to work to**ther to find a solutionThe customer wanted to think over the proposed offer & I told him that my proposed offer was good until Friday as we spoke on that Monday & never heard back from the customerI feel that Best Appliance tried to work out a solution but was going to be unachievable with the customer & we did honor our warranty & did a free service call out of warranty as wellIn conclusion, I feel it was the customers executive decision to decline our proposed offer & buy a brand new machine from elsewhereWe have been in business since & pride ourselves on quality product & customer service & A + Revdex.com rating, but unfortunately are unable to resolve & refund the customer in this situation.Regards,BEST APPLIANCE

initial purchase & personally went to his home & fixed it free of char** even though it was out of the 30 day warranty  period we offer. We offer a wide variety of different appliances all different makes & models. It is solely the customers choice on which machine they select, & in this case the customer decided on this particular machine due to it was the only one that we had with a Stainless Steel Wash Tub in it.
