Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:As stated in my original complaint best auto brokers went into a verbal contract when they stated that if there were any problems to contact them and they would work with me to get it fixedGiving me access to their mechanic is no help they refused to listen to what my mechanic said even after telling them the problem they told me to take the vehicle to their mechanic and they would work with meOnce their mechanic looked at it they then refused to do anything furtherIf they had no intention of paying part or all of the repair they should not tell customers to contact them if there is an issue.
Sincerely,

As we stated in our response to Mr***'s complaint, we feel it was unfortunate that Mr*** had a problem with his vehicleThe vehicle was sold in good faith, Mr*** signed and initialed all the documents selling the used vehicle "as is" and no verbal promises were madeWe have no further comments or action on this matterAs it will become a "a he said they said matter" and a waste of everyone's time

Brokers did sell Mr. [redacted] a 2005 Cadillac on January 27, 2016. We did promise Mr. [redacted] a navigation disc, we have now located one. The navigation disc has been sent to him by Fed Ex today, tracking #[redacted]. We apologize for the delay, it took longer than we thought because of the vehicle being over 10 years old. As far as Mr. [redacted]'s concerns about his power steering pump, we had the power steering pump replaced by our mechanic on 12/21/15 as well as the A/C service and leak test performed which it passed and he replaced the rear sway linx. After Mr. [redacted] contacted our salesman, our mechanic did call Mr. [redacted] on 2/24/16 and Mr. [redacted] stated he and his vehicle were in Pueblo and asked to be contacted later. On 2/25/16 our mechanic contacted Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] stated " I'll get it dropped off tomorrow and  will you text me the address and directions" Our mechanic did text him the information he requested. mechanic we use for our vehicles, November 13,2015 before we put the vehicle on sale. At that time the mechanic replaced the front sway bar link and change the oil and filter, everything else checked out good. We buy our vehicles in good faith and sell in good faith as with all used cars you take the chance of something going wrong, It is unfortunate Mr [redacted] had an electrical issue with his car after he purchased.
