investigation of this Complaint and its related company records, concludes that the issue has been completely resolved for reasons as shown below.The purchases are governed by the Terms of Service available online at https://bestautocentral.com/pages/terms-of-service , to which all customers agree to be bound upon any purchase of our products and the use of our website and service.This product was purchased by the customer on August 8th, On August 18th the customer sent the following message: That's still $for two quarts of oil, TOO MUCH MONEY ! If you return $to my debit card I'll consider the matter resolvedThat's my best offerWe responded with the following message on August 21st: We have sent a $discount, thank you very much for allowing us to work this out.In this scenario, the customer felt they were overcharged for the productInstead of asking the customer for a return, we provided them with a large discount for the product in the amount they requested.If you have additional questions regarding this matter or suggestions to improve our internal procedure, please let us know

On August 5th, the customer sent the following message:Hi - will someone please provide a status on this order? It's been almost a week and I have received no updates. Thanks.Upon realizing this product would not ship out in time for our estimated delivery, we sent the following message the same day: I wanted to contact you right away about your order [redacted] from our store Best Auto Central, our product was supposed to arrive yesterday which is why we had the item listed, but we have not received it yet and are worried it might not make it in time for our estimated delivery.We are so sorry about this, if you would like me to cancel please let me know and I will send a full refund ASAP, if not I can wait until we receive our shipment and send it out but it might not make it in time.So sorry, it was an honest mistake, please let me know.The customer responded with the following message on August 5th:I want a refund issued immediately. If it's not I will file a Revdex.com complaint and will contact my credit card company. Something feels very unethical here and I'm not happy about it.We replied to the customer on August 6th with the following message: Thanks for contacting eCommerce Support Team. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, we will strive to do better going forward. In your cases, your payment will be voided and you will not see a refund, instead, you will not be charged at all. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.Due to the agreement we have with our payment processor, payments that are not captured within 7 days are automatically voided and are not charged. In this case the customer was not charged for this order. Thus, it is clear that [redacted] was not charged for this order. If you have additional questions regarding this matter or suggestions to improve our internal procedure, please let us know.

Please see the attachment. It appears the customer has confirmed that the refund was received.
