I have also spoken to about other people that have got they're Windows tinted and were not satisfied with there work either, I wouldn't recommend anyone to get services thereIf they cared about there reputation and their business they would handle complaints more professionally and with a better attitude

Hi [redacted] this is [redacted] from best auto glass I'm sending you this email regarding the situation with the car I recently tinted I just wanted to write my statementThe lady came into my shop wanting me to tint it I told her no problem I gave her a price and she agreed to it after the job was done she gladly accepted it and said it looked fantastic a few weeks later she came back showing me a couple imperfections she didn't like so I told her I will fix them no charge and not to worry she didn't accept she wanted a refund back for all the work I said I don't give refunds that's why I give my customers warrantySo I fixed them after we discused after I fixed the vehicles Windows she said awesomeThen a few days later I get a letter stating she was sending me the Revdex.com I don't know what the situation is but if she wasn't happy again she should've came back to me idk if she was trying to just have a total refund back but I'm emailing you to resolve this issue thank you so much

I also do not realize they were not part of the organization. I contacted you folks because they have your details on the front window.

Review: On 8-2-13 I woke up and my glass had spread all over from top to bottom and I know nothing hit it or fell on it, so I would like for it to be fixed.Desired Settlement: I would like for my glass to be fixed. I have told the ower I would like for it to be fixed or my money back. I don't fell as if I should have to pay or get it fixed when I didn't do it, because like I said I woke up that morning all glass was like that.

Revdex.comS September 12,2013 To whom it may concern: We installed a windshield on a 19BB Chevrolet Blazer on July 5, 2013 for Mr. [redacted]. On August 2,2013 he called and said his windshield was cracked. We went and inspected the vehicle's windshield and found that a new fender and cowl had been installed on the vehicle and was installed improperly. The fender and cowl were rubbing the corner of the windshield eventually causing the windshield to crack. Even though the windshield cracked no fault to our installer, we offered to help with the cost of a new windshield. We offered to split the cost of a new windshield with the customer. At the time Mr. [redacted] agreed but before the installer could get back with the new windshield, his wife called and refused the offer.B est Regards,[redacted]Best Auto Glass Inc.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.To whom this may concern:My Fender has always been like that and the windshield still crack. I would like to just have my money back because I don't agree with this, my fender has always been like that, nothing was rubbing the corner of the windshield. If he flet that it wasn't right then he should have told me but he still put the windshield in and it crackd. So please understand my concern that I just want my money back.Regards,[redacted]

Review: Company was to replace the back passenger side window which had been shattered by a rock. My windows are tinted. They replaced it with clear glass without notifying me first. After it was installed they insisted it was tinted until I had them tell me it was like the one next to it - which it wasn't. They said I would have had to wait a day if I wanted the tinted one installed, which would have been fine if I had been informed, then they told me it was tinted after it was purchased. I purchased the car so I know that it was tinted when I purchased it. Then they just walked away without offering to replace or adjust the cost of the repair. They also have a senior discount that I found out about later that I wasn't offered. I'm 72 years old and couldn't have been mistaken for a non-senior. This is a horrible business. Stay away.Desired Settlement: Refund cost of window and replacement so I can have it done correctly at a place that values its customers.

Review: Just another bait and switch.

I called got a quote on replacing my windshield. When I arrived with for the appointment I had 2 coupons to save me some money. I showed them the coupons before the work started. After the work was done I was told they gave me a special price and the coupons would not be accepted. Since I did not want to argue in front of my daughter I paid the price and left.

I also called a few days later to attempt to resolve the problem. I was given the special price story again. I was not given a special price. I was given a quote, I accepted then I found a coupon on their web site and attempt to use it. The person that made the quote and the person that I showed the coupons to should have given me all of the information before I made authorized them to work on my car.Desired Settlement: I want them to start honoring coupons. It you review this business on [redacted] web site there have been other coupon complaints.

this would not have been an issue if they told me before they did the work that the coupon would not be accepted.

they own my the $100.00 the coupon promise. they should implement a policy to inform customers of the fill price before they start work.
