I am rejecting this response because: This was cancel within days and when the *** Warranty
contacted BOB he informed them that I wanted to to keep the warranty
That was incorrect and *** warranty asked me to resend the cancellation
request againBob is aware of this because I called him and I came into
the dealership and he was of no help because he did not want to cancel
the warranty and refund the moneyYes I signed the purchase agreement
and when I questioned him about the warranty he was very rude and of no
helpHe has been dishonest and never attempted to refund the moneyI
refinanced the car loan with *** *** union due to the lack of help
from *** ** *** in this matter*** *** informed me to file a
complaint the Revdex.com to attempt to resolve this matter. Bob was well aware of my complaints and he purposely waited and falsely claimed that I wanted to keep the warranty and when I told him I was going with *** for warranty purpose he gave me every excuse that he couldThere was never any attempt on his part to refund anything to *** ** *** when the loan was with themHe has no receipts to prove itThe next step in this process is for me to follow up with *** ***, who I informed of this months agoI am an active duty service member and I know that Bob has been dishonest with the refund of this warranty.
