I am rejecting this response because:There was a lot of inaccuracy in his response 1/28/not sure what he meant by stating he mentally noted car involved in fatality and thought odd 12/1/He states he put new tires on and tie rods Per
dealer that I traded the car to it needed tie rods they were popping So it seems I was charged for that and it was not performed.I2/19/I did not dispute he put a radiator in 6/2/My battery that was in the car was only months old, he told me it was bad because I bought it at *** So I let him put a new one in I ask for the old one and it wasn't put in the car I had to call and go back and get one They put one in the trunk, It looked very old 6/21/it wouldn't start and he said it was the alternator That should have been checked when I went in 6/2/ When I traded it in 6/27/it would not start, I had to call my insurance company to send someone out to jump me The man that jumped me looked down thru the wheel and told me I still had a *** battery I have a copy of the charge for the jump It is an attack on my honesty to state "perhaps she put the old battery in".6/9/on the air conditioning it blew out black smoke and he said it was a pressure transducer switch At the dealer where I traded it it did the same thing The sales man ask me what that was I told him that what I paid $to fix On the air it was in there times, last time when I picked it up and did not have the work done he said it would be another $ I called him that day to see if he had looked at my car and he said no and he would put me on hold and back a car out of the garage and pull mine in and check it Thats when he said it was going to be another $ There was minutes between when I called him and my next call He did not have time to even look at my car I did not ask him to grant me additional credit A couple of times I paid him part and then in a few weeks gave him the rest I dod not pay him for the last couple of things because I don't think he did the work I owe him about $and if I take all the work not done he would owe me money He states he has a A rating with the Revdex.com but before I filed my complaint it said he was not a member He went on to state he takes pride in supporting the local community If anyone wanted to google his name they will find quite a different story and google complaints against the business shows others having the same problem I have had They state he charged they and they still had the same problem My sister went to him for years and every time she would leave something else would go wrong She said she would never go back there I feel people need to know what they up against if they take their cars there
