Review: This dealership was sketchy from the start. I came in with the online pricing and after sitting down and talking about price and repairs, putting down a $1000 deposit and the financing, I came to find out that I was being charged 3K in fees. No thanks.

I put down my deposit on 8/** with my [redacted] Visa credit card and requested a refund on 9/*/14. I was promised it was 100% refundable (my mistake was not getting a credit slip) and that it would take at most 72 hours. It's been 8 days, I called my credit card company and there is NO pending credit, which means they haven't processed anything.Desired Settlement: I would like for my $1000 refund to be processed back onto my Visa card as soon as possible. Thank you.

Review: I was charged for an extended warranty that I did not want or ask for. [redacted] is the person at the dealership that handled the paper work. I requested the cancellation of this extended warranty during the first month. I informed [redacted] that my plan was to refinance with my Credited Union at a lower rate. He told me to wait until the refinance so that the banks would take off the extended warranty. After waiting for the title to arrive so that I can do the refinance, I was told by the banks that they have nothing to do with cancelling the extended warranty that was charged into the loan. I went back to the dealership to speak to [redacted] in person. I signed off on the cancelation for the extended warranty. Three weeks later and [redacted] is still giving me the run around and I still no refund or adjustment to the loan.Desired Settlement: Refund the full amount of the extended warranty

Review: I bought a car from them, after a month I had a problem and took it back to repair, the car was under a warranty, they told me the problem was fixed when it really wasn't, I called them and they told me to bring it back, that was 3 weeks ago, and until this day they haven't fix it, I call them and the say always the same, that it will take one more day,Desired Settlement: to fix the car

Review: on December [redacted] 2014, I saw an advertisement for a 2012 Mercedes benz GL 450,which stated pice for $31,990, I went in confirm price and made purchase. first of all upon signing the contract I've noticed a huge price difference in what to expected, I spoke with [redacted] the **, which I told him there's a price difference of $2,000. hidden somewhere within the contract, now he's cannot explain to me the difference in advertisement price and the $2,000 difference, also false advertisement of vehicle specifics, things the vehicle came with and are not included with the vehicle. I looked at other similar complaints from different complainants, of the same hidden charges. websites attached...
