Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThe first time I bought my truck there say there was a issues when I pulled he heard the noise his self and told me oh it's just your rims I knew better then that rims don't make that loud sound so after he told me to go gets diagnostic I told him they want a dollors for one and I didn't have a dollors on top of a dollor car noteI told him if it was the Cadillac converter that he should have a warranty on that and he should be able to get a new one every day I call to see if he heard back from the ppl about the part and he told me they wasn't answering his calls then about a week later he told me I should have a warranty on my truck and they should be able to deal with that but now he's telling you guys I never had a warranty on itI took my truck to O'Reillys they did a diagnostic on it they guy at O'reillys said they could give me paperwork but I could take ice of the scanner so I did bought it back to the shop for the time he didn't even pay attention to the pic I said u guy have a shop why can you do a diagnostic here that when he said ok leave the keys her after a week went but I called about my truck his words where we haven't looked at your truck I said ok they are still playing games I said I will just come get my truck that's when I contacted Revdex.com and on top of that they have a street mechanic that works there not a professional a couple ppl I know said they bought cars from there that said they are no good I even know a street mechanic that said they try to hire him but he said no because they were bad for business

I am rejecting this response because: The business is lying and they have had several other cases of selling vehicles that are not good vehicles and trying to get more money out of peopleThey have had several law suits against them for selling broken vehicles as wellYou cannot break an engine in month unless it was already sold with a broken engineThe sticker on the vehicle proves that the vehicle did not need an oil changeThey sold a broken vehicle to me and at this point the matter is going to Conciliation Court and I will let the judge decideThanks

and it was in good conditionThere was no issue with it on the date he purchasedWhen he called me on 4/16/that the car made loud noise from the engine and drove back here with the oil leak under the engine, he did not check the oil and kept driving until the engine broke*** did not mention any problem with the car as his friend stated on 3/28/until 4/16/They are not telling the truth at allCustomer declined to repair the vehicle and left it hereI believe this letter was drafted by customer's friend who I did not have any business withI had to stop talking with ***'s friend on the phone, because she is not the registered ownerCustomer was aware the vehicle as in good condition and agreed to sign a contract with us.Sincerely,Binh ***Manager of Best Auto Sales"

customer for paperwork about the diagnosis, and to bring the vehicle back in so that El Primo could take a look at it.He says El Primo had the truck for a week, but could not find any issues. Says the customer left with the truck at that point without incident, and that El Primo was somewhat surprised to then receive this complaint.[redacted] points out that the truck in question was purchased "as is, no warranty," in accordance with MN Used Car Warranty law. He says El Primo expressed some willingness to work with the customer on possibly repairs when they first became aware of issues, but could not find anything wrong the last time the truck was in, and cannot pay for repairs indefinitely on an "as is" vehicle.

I told him if it was the  Cadillac converter that he should have a  warranty on that and he should be able to get a new one every day I call to see if he heard back from the ppl about the part and he told me they wasn't answering his calls then about a week later he told me I should have a  warranty on my truck and they should be able to deal with that but now he's telling you guys I never had a warranty on it.
