Purchased car from dealer on February 26, 2016 last payment is due April 11, 2020. I am currently compliant with all payments. Im not behind. I have paid over 15,000 dollars to date for a 2004 Mazda 6 book valued upon purchase at 3,500 dollars. I currently have liability insurance which is required by the state of Alabama. A rep named Monica notified me that the insurance I have is unacceptable that I must carry full coverage. However, this is not specified in my contract. She threatened to repossess my car. After reviewing my contract there are several questionable issues. I may be a candidate for predatory loan issues. This company has ripped me off and there are others as well. I am filing this complaint so that their practices can be investigated.

Refund I would like a refund on all monies paid to this company because I was taken advantage of. There are many others that may have experienced the same treatment. Please investigate this company. They are ripping consumers off.
Ms *** signed an agreement on 2/26/16 agreeing to keep FULL coverage insurance on her 2004 Mazda 6 for the length of the loan. (Company provided a copy of a signed agreement that states "I understand and agree that the vehicle I'm purchasing must be covered by FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE at all times").
