Enclosed you will find a copy of the title completed by the title clerk and signed by both parties at the time of the transaction, which is when we ask for the mileage. This transaction was done in September of 2014. The discrepancy was not brought to our attention until May of 2015. As mentioned earlier, we explained to the customer it could be corrected but we needed 2 previous inspection reports to prove to the state that this was the correct mileage. This is a requirement of the Pa Department of Transportation in order to correct a mileage. At this time we do not have the title or the previous inspection reports and are unable to help the customer with this issue. We are more than happy to help them resoive the problem but cannot do so without the title and 2 previous inspection reports as stated earlier. We have been in business for over 40 years and once in a while a mistake will happen.
