Called for pricing and see if they would be able to get a delivery truck down our driveway since it's not very wideI was placed on hold three times while the gal checked with someone else and said no plroblem they could send a smaller delivery truckDelivery was setup for SaturdayWe waited around all day and then received a call that someone would be there in minI again confirmed that they were bringing a small truckThe gal was very rude and told me it was a big truck and if they couldnt fit down the drive they would just dump it in the drivewayNo notes was put on the delivery paperwork about a small truck and anyways the gal that took my order was newNothing like I'm sorry she wasnt properly trained just she's newThen she proceeded to argue with meI will never support their business and go through an experience like that againVery Rude and definately out to make the almighty BUCK and not worried about customer serviceI was able to call another company who made the top soil delivery just fine
