Review: I had purchased HANSGROHE KITCHEN FAUCET CHROME & HANSGROHE 04539000 CHROME CONTEMPORARY SOAP DISPENSER WITH 16 oz BOTTLE CAPACITY from Best Bathroom 4u on May 28th, 2015. Most of the items came except 2 items. I had tried to reach Best Bathroom 4u, numerous of times. Had spoken with the stores employees they kept telling me that the manager is busy and will get back to me ASAP regarding my missing items. No one contacted me back, so I decided to come in person. Had spoken with Alex the manager, he told me that he will call me back because he needed to reach the company. Some time had passed and I kept calling and they kept coming up with new excuses. So I had decided to contact the owner of Best Bathroom 4u ( MR.[redacted] ). Mr. [redacted] was no help either, he had blamed my contractors of theft and that everything that I had ordered was delivered. He didn’t look out to listen to anything I had said, or resolve the issue. Mr. [redacted] acted in a very unprofessional matter towards me, acted aggressive and cussed at me. Please, return me my money for the items that I had not received. This whole issue is causing me stress and a lot of my time wasted and delaying my renovation process due to budget issues. Review: End of the month of May, I had started shopping for my bathroom. I had visited their store and liked their products. So I had ordered tiles, bath tub, toilet, shower body, shower door, vanity etc. I was satisfied with everything that I had purchased except for the vanity. The vanity was delivered to my apartment that is currently being renovated. The delivery was presumably delivered beginning of June( I had paid off my due balance of $7,000 for all the purchases in cash that same week ). When the vanity was delivered I noticed the condition it was delivered in was poor. The box was brown and medium sized, did not fit the vanities size nor had an official sticker on the box or any official company tag or instructions inside. The box was ripped up and not sealed closed. The vanity had bubble wrap tapped up around the top of the box that was half way closed. The vanity had multiple of scratches on top and had layer of dust and dirt inside of it. The trap and the drain were already installed inside of the vanity. I had multiple of witnesses such as me, my contractors and my girlfriend during the delivery that had pointed out the flaws of this vanity. I had contacted Best Bathroom 4u, the next day and had a five minute discussion with the store's manager named Alex over the phone. I had stated to him that I want to exchange this vanity for a different one due to the poor/used condition that this vanity was brought in and the way it had looked was not satisfying for the price that I had which was $800. Alex had a very positive answer that he will resolve my problem and contact the company from where the vanity had been ordered from and will let me know in the up coming days of the exchange. Those couple of days turned into three weeks. I had contacted them numerous of times over the phone, as I had noticed its not benefiting my situation I chose to come to their store in person they told me it was going to be resolved and they are waiting for the response from the company. I waited for a couple of days, I had contacted them again and went in person AGAIN. I was told in a very rude, loud toned way that the company's return policy was 5 days by the store's manager. There was no word on the return policy in their store, or the receipt I was given. When I was the making purchase I was told by the manager Alex, that if I did not like the vanity ( since they didn't have a floor sample but showed me one picture of the vanity on Google images ) I can exchange it for a different vanity. Now after hearing this I had contacted Russ the owner of Best Bathroom 4u, and he Russ had noted that I should send him pictures in the condition the vanity was. I send him all the information that he requested from me. I had called him numerous of times after that. He had told me that he refuses to change the vanity due to the box, he claims that I had purposely changed the box from the original and accused me of having the vanity installed when I still till this day have no pipe's installed in my bathroom or kitchen. He had spoken to me very aggressively and in a loud toned manner such as Alex the manager had. Hung up the phone on me, then called back again claiming he Russ is trying to help me resolve the issue, when he clearly was blaming me and accusing me of his previously returned item that he is trying to forcefully throw into my hands. I had sent him a text message since speaking to him was nearly impossible. I notified him that I no longer want an exchange; I decided to get my money back. I think that paying $800 for an item that was previously used and was presented to me in such a poor condition is ridiculous. I no longer want to continue business with BestBathroom4U and I want full refund for the vanity.Desired Settlement: I want them to take the vanity back and refund me my $800.

Review: we purchased 7 interior doors from Best Bathroom 4 U, which were delivered directly into the house by the company's delivery person, and stacked in a room in my house until my contractors were ready to install them. when the doors were unpacked, it was discovered that one of the doors in the middle of the stack was patrially crushed, as if someone took a sledge hammer to it. a chunk of the door was missing. when we contacted best bathroom 4 u, they blamed the damage on my contractor, as if he purposely smashed the door, specficially one that was in the middle of the stack. they advised that we are responsible for this door and that they inspected every door before it went out for delivery to us, as they do with any order. to avoid more delay in finishing construction in the home, we agreed to pay for another door so we can move into the home with my 3 year old child. Best Bathroom 4 u told us the door would arrive in 1 week. We moved into the home even though construction was still not completed, expecting it to be done in one week. it has been over a month and a half and every time we speak to best bathroom 4 u, they give us another excuse as to why the door has not been delivered and they promise they will deliver next day every time we call. Finally last week they attempted to deliver the door but my contractor wanted to pick it up himself directly from the store, given they are so unreliable. when my contractor unpacked the door in the store before he put it on his truck, the door was completely different from the one we ordered and the other 6 we already have installed in the home. best bathroom 4 u did not inspect what they deliver to customers before it goes out the door, as they said they do, which is proven by the fact that they were going to deliver this door and ask us to pay for it, had my contractor not opened the packaging of the door in front of the owners of best bathroom 4 u and showed them they were trying to deliver wrong door. some of my walls in my house are still exposed and construction is not done, leaving dust in the home that my 3 year old son and I, being 5 months pregnant, have to breathe every day. my contractors are still not completely paid for their work and this is holding up their work and payment and prevents them from taking on other large jobs.Desired Settlement: I want the company to deliver me the right door, right away, and not charge me for replacing this door, since they delivered a defective and broken door to begin with.
