Hello,Regarding Complaint #***-We received an order from *** *** from Vollant, PA on May 5th.She ordered combo packs of our Carpenter Bee Traps (Pine Box - Best Bee). She reached out to us on the 11th saying the order was wrong as she received (4) of the Best
Bee Traps instead of (2) of each type. We apologized and told her we would be sending out the pine traps in the next shipment. We advised her to keep the additional traps that had been sent mistakenly. The replacement traps went out on the 12th and were received on May 16th.
