Review: Well I bought a 2004 Dodge Dakota from Best Bet Motor Sales in Rustburg, VA on March 4th,2014 paid $9,100.00 for the truck. It come with a 90 day warranty. Well 5 days later on March 9th, 2014 I used the four-wheel drive to get out of my yard due to the snow. Well it broke the front-output shaft bearing. Called Best Bet to let them know what had happened. [redacted] stated to take it to the shop the warranty would cover it. Took it to [redacted] in [redacted],VA they stated that the front and rear differential and front drive shaft needed to be replaced as well. Then took it to a shop in Madison Heights [redacted] Automotive on March 14th, 2014. On Monday 17th, 2014 we called them to get an update on what and if all that [redacted] said was wrong with the truck was wrong, and it was. [redacted] Automotive had all the parts to do the repair work on the truck, they were just waiting on Best Bet to send off for the warranty contract and get everything approved. It is now March 28th,2014 and I'm being told that the warranty I have is just a good faith warranty and that I'm going to have pay even more money to get a truck that I only had for 5 days repaired.Desired Settlement: I would just like to get all the parts that are wrong with truck repaired at no cost to me it has already been a big enough hassle and I feel that it should not cost me anymore money beings that I only had the truck 5 days before it was in the shop.

The 2004 Dodge Dakota mentioned above was sold on March 4, 2014 with a free 90 day warranty from a third party company. The customer called approximately a week later stating that there was some noise in the front end. He was advised to take it a mechanic's shop to be diagnosed so a claim could be filed with the warranty company. The shop determined the vehicle had been driven approximately 500 miles with no issues. The customer stated that he had placed the vehicle in four wheel drive to get out of the snow. Afterwards, the mechanic determined that the front drive shaft had been stripped out which is a sign of misuse of the vehicle. Best Bet Motor Sales offered a free warranty in good faith, but the warranty company declined the claim. Best Bet Motor Sales has no control over the decisions that the warranty companies make, nor do we have control over how a vehicle is driven by the customer.

Regardless of it being a free warranty I was still told that I did I had a 90 day warranty on it. I had it a total of 5 days it sat in my yard for 2 before I took it to the shop.

Then I drove it to the shop so all the miles that I put on it were to both shops. They told me it had a 90 day warranty that came with it l. So I was lied to.

Review: I bought a 2003 chysler van before I bought the van the a/c was broke I ask him to fix the a/c he told me that the insurance would fix it. he said if it did't he had shop that would and if it broke down he would send his rollback to get me. Well it broke down I called him and he said he didn't have a rollback and told me to take it anywhere and get it fixed now the insurance only paid for the part. I think he should pay the rest of the bill sents he new it was broke.

Best Bet Motor Sales processed the deal for Mr [redacted] on December 11, 2015. We use multiple lenders and every lender has a preferred warranty authorized to warranty the financed vehicles. Mr [redacted] does have a 24 month / 24000 miles limited warranty on his purchase. The issue mentioned is a warranty item and can be fixed under warranty guidelines. All Vehicles are sold AS-IS. Our warranty is thru 3rd party companies and Best Bet only refers customers to authorized shops and we don't offer vehicle towing or transportation.
