Called business spoke with *** he stated that the car was sold but did come with a third party warrantyMr*** stated that any work that would need to be done on the car a deductable would have to be paid firstMs*** wasn't happy that she had to pay a deductible so she refused to
pay itMr*** stated that since she came into his shop last week her vehicle was fixed at a different location

Review: I brought the car on 5/7/2013 took car home called dealer back to inform them that the check engine light was on and that the wind shild had a creack also the car was not runing good,Best Bet Motors inform me and my husband that the car was in good shape 2weeks went by and I called [redacted] and taked with him about the car still not running right he than said bring car to shop the next day I did so his worker ([redacted]) drove the car and said it was ok I said no its not he than talked with owner and owner told me to take car to his mechanic, the mechanic said the needed a transmission,([redacted]) inform me and my husband that we had to wait into 30 days of buying car to get it fix thre the [redacted] extended care ([redacted]) told us to not let anyone no the car was not running right before 30 days was up! I called [redacted] and told them what best bet was doing they said I had to file claim at court or with you all , I had been late on car payments due to fixing car from day one , we have replace so many parts on the car in just so little time ,we stop taking the car to their mechanic's and took it to [redacted] thats when we was told the car has two more problems wrong with the car ,I have missed time from work due to no way to work ,and will get anthor car 11/15/13 with down payment putting my family in more debt,last week I went to talk with best bet motors they said they would call me that day and they never have am so stress and getting stressed outDesired Settlement: want loan paid off and repayment for all deductable

Spoke with [redacted] from the business. He states the car was sold in may 2012 with a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty through [redacted]. The warranty was signed and purchased the day the car was sold. The car was sold “as-is” but the warranty clearly states what it does cover. Each item that the customer had a problem with that was covered under the warranty was fixed with no charge to the customer, minus the deductable charges that were made to the mechanic shop that did the work. The problem with the sunroof was a manufactory recall, and was fixed at no charge to the customer. The loan for the vehicle is done though another company.
