This has got to be the most unprofessional moving company I have dealt with in a whileThey came two hours late for my scheduled move, no apology whatsoever, then arrived late to my destination with a totally different crew that I met earlierAfter unloading all my boxes in the house, one of the guys insisted that I pay; I informed him that the bed and the dresser has not been assembled like they said they would in the contract, he however continued to be belligerent about it and said I would have to pay first before they put my furniture togetherLater, they had no idea how to put my dresser together and I asked why the other two guys I met earlier were not here in the first placeThey seemed like they were in such a hurry and could care less whether the work was finished or not This will be the LAST time I would be dealing with this useless company!!!!

I am rejecting this response because: The owner is not accepting responsibility for the theft that his crew members didValuables such as jewelry, watches and perfumes were stolen from the house and the game console in very sure was stolen when they took my stuff and held onto it for days in their truck or warehouseI don’t know where my stuff went for two days because the owner or his employees wouldn’t pick up my callsThey NEVER showed up on time and wouldn’t pick up calls, of course I would complainEach time his men were over hours lateI also told his employees at the final time of moving that items had been stolen because the jewelry and watches were already missing since the first time they came to moveDifferent employees were also sent each time the moving was doneA total of different employees

The best moving experience I\'ve ever hadOn time, courteous, professional, friendly and no broken stuffNo hidden costs! I\'ll call them when I move again for sure

we Have moved *** to his home date agreed to move him on route to his home he never would answer the phone to help us find the home due to his address not showing on GPSThe guys turned around and came back to the office with belongings and
unloadedlater that day hours later after 4pm he calls to ask where the movers are I told him that we were in Tomasville and he wouldn't answer our callstherefore they came back to Greensboroand told him the next day we would come back outThey loaded the next day and dropped off furnitureweek later he said there was a wheel off a table missing and some other small touch up dings he claimed that happenedI wrote *** a check and he accepted itI also told him that we would touch up a washer that had a small scratch on it in a week or so after giving him the checkwe tried to contact him and call but nobody could get him on the phone to schedule a time to come out

Best Bet Moving And Labor Moved *** and after the move she stated that the washing machine is not workingtherefore, we move items unknowing if they are working condition or notthen stated that is was leakingwe are responsible for
damages to the washing machine such as if it was dropped, broken and neither happenedthere can be many reasons why it leaked like hoes not tightened or bad washers on the hosesher mother contacted us and we explainedtherefore, best bet let her know that we would send a check for the amount of $and agreedall of the sudden this Revdex.com case opened
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 22, 2015/12/10) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Best Bet Moving and Labor did agree to honor my insured warranty that was provided by them and signed by me on the contractual agreement, which was presented to me by the movers on site of my departure location for me to sign prior to the beginning of the moveAs the moving contract that was sent to Revdex.com display, I selected to be insured for cents per pound of my damaged moved material indicated by my signature as well as being signed by the company's moving staffThis calculation would insure me for a $reimbursement for my damaged washing machine, per the Model ID, indicating that my appliance weighs poundsMy washing machine was damaged during the move as it worked prior to the moveThe company agreed to honor that insurance warranty, therefore taking on the responsibility of damages made by them to my applianceAt no time did Best Bet Moving and Labor state a fixed amount that they would sendUnder contract the agreed amount was to be calculated to the amount of cents per pound of my damaged appliance per the contractual agreementThey were to honor the cent per pound of the damage good, and $does not meet that calculationAfter waiting for one month for my compensation (check for damaged washing machine) to be received, I finally received in the mail a live check for $(which I have not cashed, because it is not the amount agreed to per the insured amount on the contract)Therefore warranting me to contact the Revdex.com to rectify the situation before seeking further legal action
Thank you
