Let me start by pointing out that WE ARE NOT BEST BITE PIZZA. we are BEST S L I C E PIZZA. we tried to accommodate the customer but BEST SLICE PIZZA has no relation ship with the company the customer got the coupon from, she apparently got it...

from somewhere on the internet.

We acknowledge the customer's grievance. We would like to mention that the prices that we have posted on the menu are usually the special/discount; prices. As is custom, instead of posting the full price and then giving a discount, we post the "specials/discount" prices on the menu so that the customers will always get a good deal on their pizzas. So, as per the rules printed on the coupon the coupon can't used in conjunction with any other discounts. The prices posted are already discounted. So, when the customer presented the coupon, our staff ad to mention that to her and had to mention the actual full undiscounted price in order for the coupon to be used.
In terms of the pizza being undercooked, in all the years we have been in business we have never had such a complaint from any of our faithful customers. All our pizzas are cooked to the right temperature and right time. So it is a bit odd to hear such a complaint. While our staff baked her pizza, there were pizzas baked for other customers using the same oven at the same time and we have not head any complaints from any of our other customers.
I the customers had contacted us right away, we would have gladly offered a replacement or their money back.
In terms of the time that took to bake the pizza, 15 minutes is the normal acceptable time that we take to bake a pizza. We strive hard to excel in our service to our customers and our customer;

First and foremost, the pizza/bread was undercooked, I have pictures. It was thrown in the trash and we had to order another pizza. All of these other details in the way of time and temperature, I can't confirm or deny. However, I can tell you the pizza was undercooked and inedible. Additionally, the company was contacted the very next morning at 6 AM a message was left on the answering machine and then a facebook message was left literally 5 minutes later on the same day. The company did not respond to either message and there was absolutely no offer of a refund, which prompted me to contact the Revdex.com. Please take note how long it took to even get a response to this complaint from this company. The extreme dishonesty in this complaint is appalling. In regard to the name, both names Best Bite and Best Slice Pizza are listed on the outside as well as the inside. At no time, did the clerk say that he was going to honor this coupon for company that location was not affiliated with. As far as I concerned, they go by both names because both names are listed on signage at the location. Additionally, the address on the coupon matched their location. Finally, you can't post regular prices and then claim that the pricing is now a sales price. It is dishonest and legally I believe that I should have been given the posted prices because "sale" was not listed anywhere. I believe this was a bait and switch and I stand by my complaint 100% and I am willing to provide pictures. Additionally, here is a copy of the message that was sent to them via facebook:

My name [redacted] and my husband and I went to your store around 7pm last night. We purchased combination pizza and stuffed cheese bread. I was forced to pay full price and I can't tell you what that was, because full price wasn't listed and I wasn't given a receipt. the counter person opted to do this because we had a $15.00 gift certificate. After everything was said and done, our pizza and bread was doughy in the middle, it was completely inedible. I paid 19.92 and a $15.00 gift certificate. I would like my money back. I do not want the certificate back because it is a bait and switch and I will never eat at your establishment again. I have pictures and I still have the pizza and bread. I need to hear from someone by 5PM today or I will contacting the Revdex.com. My phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. Just so you know we ended up having to order and get Cataldo's delivered. This was supposed to be a date night for my husband and I. We ended up paying $60.00 by the time everything was said and done $20.00 for pizza and bread that was inedible and $40.00 for pizza, bread and chicken that was and turned out to be a better value. and was cooked thoroughly. what can I say: Lousy service, dishonest business practices and unsafe food.
