1- they run a promotion where they state that they are looking for a few people who want to change their lives and get 6 weeks free of charge. ***
2- then they call you and the pitch starts. They tell you " you are one of the lucky ones to get one of the last spots. Come in for a meeting to set it up
3- then when you come in they pitch you about how much they care and have a support system in place to help make sure that you achieve your goal ***
4- then they tell you that they get you to bet on yourself and you just have to pay them oops sorry the word they use is deposit $399 plus tax as a promise to yourself that you will do everything they say to achieve the goal. As long as you do you will achieve the goal and get your money back *** (*** they tell you *** free is free...if you have to put money down then it isn't it reminds me of the telemarketers because it's the same *** pitch. Absolutely free, now I just need your credit card info)
5- then they guarantee you that as long as you do everything they say that you will hit your goal. So many others have done it as well. ***
6- then they set up the initial weigh in where they will try to set you up with their supplements and guarantee that they work because if you would use other types they can't guarantee it ***
7- then the system starts, but they don't bother to check your body type nor do they have a different system for weight gain or weight loss... how could it be the same exercises for both...(a system only good for a percentage of people)
8- once they have your money their support system starts to fade when you are asking questions. People don't get back to your trainer to answer those questions. The left hand isn't talking to the right hand***
9- something seems off and you are communicating with them that something is not adding up. They have no answers to it. When you finally figure out what the problem is yourself then it's oops well too bad for you.
10- during the weigh out they try to play around with the numbers which messes things up in the calculation. The worst part is that I mention it and the girl brushes it off...sure
11- now at the end because of a mistake that they couldn't help me figure out and I had to on my own. I missed the goal by a single 1% but had done everything as they had stated. ***

They will look for any excuse to keep your money. They don't care about you as a person just their bottom line. Once they know you aren't going to continue with them then they don't care. Even when you try to come up with a solution because of the issues which is fair for both parties they don't care. ***. You'll get the same amount of help from the app they tell you to download which is MyFitnessPal.

Company Owner *** agree to give me a refund for the 6 week plan. The plan is split into two installments off $225.44 ($199.99 + tax). He said it would take one week it has been two weeks. I have not received my refund and on top of that you have charged my card for the second installment of the plan. I have never attended any of the workout classes.

I have made many attempts to contact this company by phone, emails, and text message but not able to get any answers. No one will take my calls and their voicemail is always full.

I would like the full refund for $450.88.

Desired Outcome

Desired Outcome

I would like a confirmation of cancellation of the agreement. I would like a refund on my credit card for the $225.44 I would like a confirmation that there will be no future charges.

I have to say that the staff and the exercise is great, but the whole thing about 6 weeks being free is a bit ***. Nothing is free. I signed up to lose more than 20lbs, after 4 weeks and besides the bootcamp, I was also doing a ton of other things and eating extremely clean and healthy. I have made a lifestyle change. And I am considered to be extremely active. Before signing up, I asked *** what if I don't lose any weight. He said there is no way you won't lose weight. If you do what we ask, you will lose 20lbs and more. After 6 weeks my weight was still the same. When I spoke to ***, he suggest that I use the $600 towards signing up for 6 months and that it'll cost me $70+. I agreed. But as soon as the 6 weeks were over, they charged me $80+ x 2. When I asked him why I was charged, he said "***,

We used the $599 as a credit towards the Platinum package. So normally it's $89/week for the year, and using the $599 credit brings it down to $77/week...so it's actually a little more than $599 credit.

We charged you for 2 weeks because it wasn't set up last week. Going forward it will be $77/week"

What? Excuse me? That's not what I was told.

If you think that the 6 week program is free, then let me tell you...it isn't. Even if you end up losing 19lbs and do everything they ask, they will find a way of *** you. They will tell you that there were a couple of days when you didn't meet the calorie requirements or that you ate a little bit extra carbs etc. There is no way of winning...

Is the workout good? Absolutely. But they need to STOP lying and *** people.

Desired Outcome

I want my $770 back
