Review: On May 18th I helped my mom make an order from Best Bulk Candy online. After 10 days I sent the company an email explaining that we did not receive our order. There was no response. A few days later I did some research and found a phone number (not listed on the website) and called to inquire where my mom's order was. There was only a message recording to leave a message for [redacted]. I double checked the number listed in the Revdex.com information, it was correct. I left a message about my concerns, the company did not respond. It is now Jun 3, 2015 and there has been no response to my email or phone message. I checked my mom's bank, the company did not process the order. I do have an order number however and I am concerned that they will deduct funds as some later time. I plan to send them another email today requesting that they completely cancel the order.Desired Settlement: I would like confirmation that this order is cancelled and that they will not take action to complete the order at a later date.
