It is against our company policy to discuss the specifics of the lease agreements of our tenants, however a contract was signed and now the complainant party would like us to cancel the lease agreement without penalty and has resorted to threats in attempt to force us to cancel said contract.? There are remedies for re-letting their unit outlined in the contract signed by the complainant party, however those remedies have been ignored

It is against our company policy to discuss the specifics of the lease agreements of our tenants, however a contract was signed and now the complainant party would like us to cancel the lease agreement without penalty and has resorted to threats in attempt to force us to cancel said
contract. There are remedies for re-letting their unit outlined in the contract signed by the complainant party, however those remedies have been ignored

*** *** allegations are that we refuse to resolve the issues brought to our attention is falseThe first complaint was brought to my attention on Efforts to resolve started and continue to be addressed daily as *** comes into the office daily regarding resolved issues
At this each time we took necessary steps to resolve all complaints*** main complaint was that the a/c filter is filthyI explained that we have a quarterly system to change the required filters however we would be happy to put her unit on a monthly change basis*** was scheduled to transfer prior to the complaints brought to our attentionShe wanted to transfer with her friend *** *** who is an owner of a cat and a dogI explained to *** that even through we would put her unit on a monthly change basis if the filter was dirty before then to please call us to change it earlierDue to the fact that *** stated she had an extreme asthma condition I explained that this is the only time she has come to us with the issue and she herself has a non-hypoallergenic pet and chooses to move into a unit with more non-hypoallergenic pets that she would need to take the necessary steps to ensure her a/c filter does not get to the point of an extreme filthy status if it occurred before her schedule monthly change. It is her choice to have said pets, live with said pets while knowingly causing health risks as she statedShe was roommate matched in the new home with a person who had a dog prior to management becoming aware of said health issueFuture roommate was schedule to be placed elsewhere however *** stated she preferred to be let out of her lease at which time other roommates wanted to stay matched with roommate *** was unhappy aboutIf *** opted to stay we would have transferred her to the a suitable living situationA/C complaints clearly state they were resolved in a hour turn around period by *** statementAs for the house left unlocked or open, *** openly admitted that she herself leaves her room unlocked even through she stated she feels uncomfortable with roommatesThe maintenance tech is no longer employed at the property even through there is zero proof that the door was left open, unlocked at all or by staff or residents. *** has communicated with our Regional Manager and myself, property level manager, to ensure all policies, issues, etc have been addressed, followed through, and considered resolved.
