Review: My father purchased a insurance policy with this agency. In April 2015 He found another insurance office that was giving him a better deal so he decided to take it. Because of illegal "duplicate" insurance laws he was sent to cancel his policy at that time, and the new insurance policy was sent to them as proof that it was in effect. He though it was all straighten out but in Sept 2015 he realized his bank account was hit with about $800 through out all of those months when he thought that insurance policy was canceled. Now because of differences with the policies no one wants to refund him his money and the Owner Yolanda was so unhelpful and closed minded when it came to listening to a customers concerns in need of her leadership and support. My dad has been with them for years. I've never heard of insurance companies making it so difficult to cancel policies or caring what kind of coverage they now have. Its not a contract that you sign, its a agreement to a quote. I definitely do not recommend this place for your insurance needs whatsoever.Desired Settlement: I would ask for this company to honor the business my dad made with them through out the years as a loyal customer. Because it was a agent error as it states in their notes and the copies that we were provided. I would like for this not to be a issue. Maybe the insurance company will not refund my dad the whole amount, but this agency that represents them should refund my dad the difference for their error of failing to process the cancellation.

Review: compre una poliza de seguro comercial y prometieron que incluia una "umbrella with $5,000,000 limit" en la poliza y que estaria reflejada en el certificado. cuando me emviaron el certificado, ese cubrimiento no estaba y desde entonces les llame para que corrigieran eso y se han llebado una mentira tras otra y no quieren reembolsarme el total del pago inicial por el error que cometieron. Ademas la propietaria del negocio me trato muy mal a mi y a mi novio cuando le preguntamos por el reembolso.Desired Settlement: total reembolso de pago inicial por $551.44
