Owners and staff are very friendly and professional. No pressure selling at all. Big Car dealership they have good rating on google,Revdex.com as well,my car was around $3000 but in good condition Total customer satisfaction is their priority.

I had a great experience with Best buy car sale. The sales people are not at all pushy, I never felt any high pressure to purchase. I was able to speak to the owner and negotiate a price I felt good about. john

I came in and bought a car yesterday I was in and out within 45 minutes which is great because most car lots you will be there all day before you finally get a car. They were very friendly and great service I was playing around in my car trying to learn everything on it and I ended up locking it in 4 wheel drive and it got stuck I took the car back and they helped me unlock it right away I would absolutely go back next time im looking for a car

Review: I used [redacted] and the Best Buy Car Sales website to locate a 2004 [redacted] from Best Buy Car Sale on Saturday 9/12/15.The online price was listed as 5,495. The photo showed a price sticker of 5295 on their site and on the lot. When I agreed to purchase the car on 9/12/15 at 6:15 pm for 5295, they let me know that I would have to come back on Sunday 9/13/15 to pick up the car. They let me know with 4,000.00 down they would finance the remaining amount in house. This would allow me to purchase the vehicle for my 17 year old daughter.On 9/13/15 when I called [redacted] he said they had it ready for me and to come on down. They proceeded to let me know someone else wanted the car and was paying cash for the amount. Then they told me the price was now 5,995. I showed them both photos on their site and how this was false advertising. They stated that they cant argue their posting and the price was 5995. When I presented them with the [redacted] fair market price range of [redacted], they tried to state it was an upgrade package car with add-ons. Then when asked which add-ons so I could rerun [redacted], they instead of answering the questions, brought up that someone else will pay this in cash if I dont take it.This dealer has posted that they have a 2015 Top Dealer award and a 2014 best of Sacramento Award and an A rating with Revdex.com . I have dated screen shots of this businesses false advertising.Desired Settlement: Match price advertised or lower in regards to false advertising.

The gentlemen came back the following day to purchase the vehicle, the day before we increased the sale price. The customer wanted the sale price from the day before. At first he wasn’t happy, walked out and then came back in about 10 mins later and decided the price was fair with him and agreed to purchase the vehicle. He then proceeded to sign the papers. I sent him an email offering that if he wanted to bring the car back, I would issue a full refund. And he didn’t response to the email. [redacted]

I am very satisfied with the Honda Accord I bought from dealership. I found it with an Internet search and had it shipped. The car was exactly as described and the price was great. The staff was very professional.

Mr. [redacted] purchased this 2008 [redacted] on 10/29/2015, he had the right and chance to have the mechanic perform a diagnostic before he decided to move forward with his purchase. He negotiated a low price for this vehicle, and was told that the vehicle is being sold “AS IS” which he agreed and proceeded to sign all the documents, and took delivery of the vehicle. Additionally he was reminded of his right of the inspection prior to his paperwork completion. The dealership is always in agreement with their customers to exercise their right of the third party inspection in advance of their purchase. Mr. [redacted] did wait after two weeks & 1000 miles before he had any mechanic perform the diagnostic which should have been done prior to his purchase.

Review: I purchased a 2002 Saturn, L300, V6, 82,000 miles. Before I purchased vehicle gave dealer a list of seven things that should be fixed before purchase. There were seven items on list which dealer and I signed documentation stating he would repair. Six items on list were repaired but the seven item which was the front seat was not repaired. After purchase of vehicle on Jan 16th, told by Jack, used car salesman to leave car for the afternoon and everything would be repaired, but got the run a around. Called the 17th of January and told to bring car down to dealer and mechanic would check it out, took car in still got the run around. Took car back the 30th of January and [redacted] who was the mechanic and another gentleman came out and checked seat out and stated seat may have to be replaced or part ordered. Stated that someone would get in touch with me in a couple of days, but no one did. This is why I am filling a complaint to get dealer to repair seat as he signed and stated he wouldDesired Settlement: Would like for the dealership to replace front seat. Seat is a safety hazard and it is very loose, go back and forth when you are driving car

My name is [redacted] my car broke down and it was costing me too much to repair it so I decided to buy used car I had only a little money for Don payment and my credit wasn't that good I went car shopping I went to many dealership but all of them they turned me down as my credit wasn't good and I didn't have enough down payment then I went to Best Buy Car Sale they were very professional and polite and caring they told me because my down payment wasn't enough they need to speak to manager John he told me to go find any car under the price which he gave me and he will see if I can get financed there was a little Ford focus which are like so I went and told him and he said he will be able to get me finance I also had some issue to get insurance and he help me with that too I had this car for almost 8 months and I only had to change oil and Betray I have referred this car dealership to many of my friends and so I decided to give something to them that's why I'm leaving this feedback

Best Buy Car Sales is by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had!!! After getting screwed over in the past, I came here to purchase another vehicle, being that the ones I bought somewhere else were junk. I went to Best Buy on July 15 to check out the vehicles and saw they have so much variety. The owner (John) helped me out, being that his employees were busy helping other customers. Not only did I get great customer service, but also there was a really smooth transaction when it came to doing all the financing paperwork, Everything was explain with great precision. I am really happy with the vehicle I purchased, it is in impeccable conditions. I really recommend this dealership to everyone.

I LOVE THEM! I don’t write these posts often, but I have a good reason for this post. The guys at Best Buy Car Sale bent over backwards to get me into my “new to me” truck. I had never purchased a used car from someone I did not know before and was in all honestly, braced for the worst. Leading up to purchasing, I have been diligent in my homework online, looking for someone with a good reputation and great products within my price range. Unlike most of the people and places I was finding, they had both. They have good standing with the Revdex.com, great posts by other customers, and have been in business long enough that I knew they were doing it right. The cars / trucks they had listed online were easy to research on Carfax with links right on their web site. I had a clear idea of my options before I even picked up the phone to see if the trucks I was interested in were still available and schedule an appointment for my test drive(s). I went to see them with 1 first choice but a total of 3 of their vehicles in my mind as possibilities. I was greeted with huge warm smiles and handshakes as soon as I entered the office. Allen had the SUV I had inquired about ready for me to test drive. Keeping this post less than 3 pages long, I’ll jump ahead. I decided on an SUV that I loved, but it was a bit above what I had in my budget to spend and I didn’t want to finance above the cash I had saved for my new vehicle. John, their manager did not try to push me into a loan I wasn’t comfortable with nor did he try to “sell” me. Instead he showed me complete respect and got creative on how to get me my SUV. I felt like I was working with a friend. He was honest, straightforward, and completely kept in mind what I wanted and needed. At no time was I rushed and every question I had was answered with knowledge. There was one small thing wrong with the stereo and he got someone to fix it while we were doing the paperwork. I’m sorry to say that I forget the name of the man that I did the finally paperwork with but will say he was just as wonderful as Allen and John. He also explained any questions I had, kept the sale fun, and was completely on top of everything so the paperwork went quickly. I recommend that you go visit their dealership. I could not be more pleased with my SUV and how purchasing it went.

Review: I was sold a 2002 Audi on 4/18/2014. When I took delivery of the vehicle I was told that there was no spare tire and no manual for said vehicle. I found two days later that the blinkers did not work and that the right side headlight also did not work. I went back to dealer and explained I was not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle and was told that the mechanic was on vacation and they would call me when he returned. I explained to them that the car should not have been sold in this condition and that this was a safety issue. They told me there was nothing they could do for me. I have called dealer a number of times and was told I have to leave vehicle a number of days with them. I have no way of getting to work without a vehicle and they would not provide a loaner. This car should not have been sold in this condition. This is my only recourse.Desired Settlement: They need to compensate me for the time I have been without a safe vehicle and replace it with one that is safe or refund my money in full.
