Best Buy Company, Inc.

I went in the Best Buy Arden store to get an idea as to what I would buy in a desktop computer. I was actually going to buy it online, which is what I did. I spent some time with a salesperson going over what I use my computer for. He told me what I would need in a processor, hard drive, etc. I ordered online through the Best Buy store on Ebay. It was about 10 days before I started having problems. While talking with Dell I discovered that the computer actually would have been for a beginner to maybe do some online browsing. I use some accounting and tax programs that need a lot more computer. When I went to another local Best Buy to try and get help I was told that I would have to pay for it. They weren't willing to help in any way even though I had just spent over $400.00 on the tower. It was my worst buying experience ever. I counted on their salesperson to give me information and he evidently didn't know what he was talking about. I'll never do business with them again.
