We did some research and the wrong cc was charged We did correct the error and credited the guest credit card the same day the guest checked out on
5/11/ The Revdex.com was filed on 5/13/ We have tried contacting the guest (left a voicemail) and waiting on the return call We will be doing follow up calls as well to reach the guest We will apologize and will make the situation right and also want to explain what happened As of today the guest still has not returned our call.
