As per MrsShirley Doll's complaint, everything was itemized on the invoice, we provided her with exactly what she ordered, it is not our fault that the merchandise is to big for her space, she took the measurements Also with the swivel recliner does not
come in power, nor does it say, here with the letter enclosed is a copy of her invoices

I wish there was something else I could do, besides spreading the wordWhat ever happened to the customer is always right?!?
